Interventions
Participants completed the pretest, received a scenario-based pregnancy nutrition counseling simulation, and then completed the posttest and clinical skill assessment.
Participants in the intervention group received a researcher-developed scenario-based simulation on pregnancy nutrition counseling in a simulated outpatient clinic setting. The intervention consisted of a 20-minute simulation session followed by a 20-minute structured debriefing facilitated by the researchers. Clinical skill performance was evaluated using a standardized skills checklist.
