SKIP for PA Study: Team and Leadership Level Implementation Support for Collaborative Care
In a prior application (MH064372), the investigators' treatment research program (Services for Kids In Primary-care, SKIP) developed and tested a chronic care model-based intervention, called Doctor Office Collaborative Care (DOCC), that was found to be effective in the management of childhood behavior problems and comorbid ADHD. In the "SKIP for PA Study", the investigators propose to conduct a randomized clinical trial to evaluate the effects of team- and practice leadership-level implementation strategies designed to enhance the use and uptake of DOCC in diverse pediatric primary care offices.

Evaluation of the Invest in Play Program - a New Parent Intervention for Children With Problem Behavior
The goal of this clinical trial is to test if the invest in Play (iiP) parent program can reduce problem behaviors in children and improve parenting practices in families with children who show challenging behaviors. The main questions it aims to answer is: • Does the iiP program reduce children's problem behaviors? Researchers will compare families in the iiP program to families in a control group to see if the program leads to better outcomes for children and parents. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the iiP program group or the control group and complete surveys before and after the program to see if iiP is reducing children's problem behaviors.

Optimizing Attention and Sleep Intervention Study
The goal of this pilot clinical effectiveness trial is to compare a brief parent behavioral intervention (PBI) to a modified sleep focused PBI (SF-PBI) delivered by therapists in pediatric primary care for families of children 3-5 years old with sleep problems and early ADHD symptoms. The main aims are to: Aim 1: Demonstrate the acceptability, feasibility, and appropriateness of the sleep focused PBI (SF-PBI) delivered in pediatric primary care for preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) at elevated risk for ADHD. Aim 2: Examine change in target engagement (sleep) and ADHD symptoms among preschool-aged children at elevated risk for ADHD receiving SF-PBI compared to standard PBI.

Parent-Educator Action Response
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a new adjunctive intervention, Parent-Educator Action Response (PEAR), works to improve teacher and family engagement in school-based interventions for child attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and disruptive behavior symptoms. This clinical trial will also be used to refine implementation procedures to inform a larger clinical trial.
