ENROLLING BY INVITATION

NCT07790107

Behavioral Health Initial Intake Outreach

The goal of this study is to help patients get seen sooner for behavioral health appointments by informing them about group therapy options, which allow more patients to be seen at once, often more quickly than 1:1 therapy. We will test whether messages describing the benefits of group therapy might encourage more patients to sign up for group therapy, thereby shortening patients' time to beginning therapy.

NeuroFinance Human Stress Trial During Financial and Informational Volatility

The NeuroFinance Human Stress Trial (NFHST-2026-001) is a decentralized observational clinical study designed to evaluate how financial market volatility, economic uncertainty, digital media exposure, and information-driven stress environments affect human physiologic and behavioral health. Participants will undergo remote monitoring using wearable biosensors, cardiovascular telemetry devices, sleep tracking systems, heart rate variability monitoring, and behavioral analytics platforms. The study will use artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to analyze relationships between external financial and informational events and biologic stress responses, including autonomic nervous system activity, sleep disruption, cardiovascular strain, emotional resilience, and inflammatory signaling. The goal of the study is to develop predictive digital biomarkers and AI-assisted forecasting systems capable of identifying stress-related physiologic deterioration before clinical manifestation.

Examining the Impact of the Parenting Young Children Check-up

The proposed project aims to evaluate the Parenting Young Children Check-up (PYCC) through a randomized clinical trial in a family medicine clinic in Detroit that primarily serves low-income families. Forty parents will be randomized to intervention (n = 20) or control (n = 20) conditions. We will follow up with parents 1 month and 3-months later to test the impact of the program on children's behavioral health/disruptive behavior problems, parenting, and parenting stress and to examine how much parents in the intervention group make use of and report satisfaction with the PYCC program.

Testing the Effectiveness and Implementation of a Meditation App for Youth in the Legal System

The goals of this hybrid type 2 randomized controlled trial (RCT) are to evaluate the effectiveness and individual-level implementation of a 1-month app-based meditation program with youth on probation in Cook County, IL. The primary questions it is designed to answer are: 1. Is the meditation app associated with improvements in behavioral health outcomes including cannabis use problems? 2. Do improvements in emotion regulation appear to mediate the effects of the meditation app on these behavioral health outcomes? 3. Will youth adequately adhere to the meditation app?
