QL1706 in the Treatment of Advanced Bone and Soft Tissue Sarcoma
This is a single-center, open-label phase II study of QL1706 for the treatment of advanced bone and soft tissue sarcomas. The study includes screening period, treatment period and follow-up period. Subjects will receive QL1706 5mg/kg iv every 3 weeks until disease progression or intolerance. Efficacy should be evaluated and safety will be monitored throughout the study.

Innovative Drug Delivery Nanophotonic Platform for Implementation of Sarcoma Therapy
DEEPLY aims to improve sarcoma therapy by the development of an innovative nanophotonic delivery approach to be applied in the future as an integrated local therapy for patients with inoperable tumors or with oligometastases. The major aim of the project is the development of innovative nanocarriers loaded with chemotherapeutic agents, whose delivery will be improved by the use of an optic fiber (optoporation). After the synthesis, and characterization of NPs, a prototype will be produced and preclinically validated on patient-derived biological material. This wide comprehensive methodological approach will ensure the obtainment of robust data to be faster exploited toward clinical applications.

Development of Innovative Preclinical Ex Vivo Models for the Study of Sarcomas and Metastases From Solid Tumors
The goal of this observational study is to learn how tumor tissue and blood samples from patients with sarcomas or metastases can be used to create laboratory models that help researchers study cancer behavior and test new treatments. Participants diagnosed with sarcoma or with bone or lung metastases from solid tumors will donate leftover tumor tissue and blood collected during their regular medical care. These samples will be used in the lab to build 3D models of the tumor, test drugs, and identify genetic and molecular markers. No treatments or procedures will be given as part of the study.

Study on Clinical Features, Treatment Mode and Survival of Bone and Soft Tissue Tumors
It is planned to prospectively collect, collate and report real-world clinical data of BSTS patients treated in our hospital in the next ten years to evaluate the changes in clinical characteristics, treatment patterns and survival information of these patients, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and research of this type of tumor.
