Epidemiological Factors and Optimization of Conservative Approaches to Precancerous Lesions of Female Reproductive Organs

The primary aim of this study is to develop a recommended clinical practice guideline for managing women with HPV HR (high-risk human papillomavirus) positivity and cervical lesions. Additionally, in collaboration with the Bioptic Laboratory, the study will analyze the integration of HPV HR testing into screening programs for women aged 35, 45, and 55, with a focus on optimizing management strategies for HPV HR-positive women. Research Objectives: * Evaluate spontaneous regression/progression over two years based on HPV HR genotyping (three groups - according to Alinity: high, intermediate, and low risk). * Assess spontaneous regression/progression over two years based on HPV HR genotyping and viral load in HPV-vaccinated vs. non-vaccinated patients. * Evaluate spontaneous regression/progression over two years based on methylation results. * Assess spontaneous regression/progression over two years based on CinTec plus results.

A Prospective Study Evaluating the Impact of Conservative Management on Retained Products of Conception and EMV

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the therapeutic effects of the conservative treatment approach on pepole with retained products of conception (RPOC) and Enhanced myometrial vascularity (EMV). The main question it aims to answer is: Is it possible to achieve the natural resolution of RPOC by combining it with EMV through conservative treatment? Participants will receive conservative treatment (such as mifepristone, GnRH-a, or expectant management) following the initial diagnosis of RPOC and EMV, and the therapeutic efficacy of the conservative approach will be assessed after the completion of two menstrual cycles.

Risk Factors of Failure of Conservative Treatment in Acute Non Complicated Appendicitis

From this study, it can be concluded that patients who meet the following criteria are more likely to fail expectant management and thus should not be considered for the NOM of uncomplicated acute appendicitis. These include the duration of symptoms before presenting to a surgical emergency , the presence of fever within 24 hours of presenting to a surgical emergency, TLC cells/dL, CRP mg/L, appendix diameter mm, modified Alvarado score , and adult appendicitis score .

Effects of Conservative Management on Relieving Storage Urinary Symptoms and Poor Sleep in Women With Diabetes

Women with type 2 diabetes (n=90) experiencing ≥1 storage lower urinary tract symptoms and poor sleep health will be recruited from the outpatient departments or wards/units of the selected hospitals/clinics. Our study aims to examine the effects of conservative management incorporating urologic health promotion and sleep health promotion on relieving storage lower urinary tract symptoms and poor sleep, and on improving urologic health self-management behaviors and health-related quality of life. Women who agree to participate will be randomly assigned into the intervention group A, intervention group B, or comparison group. The intervention group A receives a 4-month conservative management with sleep hygiene related adjustments, pelvic floor muscle training, and urologic health promotion. The intervention group B receives a 4-month conservative management with brief behavioral treatment for insomnia (BBTI), pelvic floor muscle training, and urologic health promotion. The comparison group receives information related to pelvic floor muscle training and urologic health promotion, and receives a brief conservative management related to sleep hygiene adjustments after the completion of data collection. Information related to intervention effects is obtained by a questionnaire, a wristwatch-like actigraphy, and physical activity/diet/voiding/sleep logs from all participants at 4 data collection points: baseline, and 2-, 4-, 6-month follow-ups. Our study hypothesis is that the intervention effects on relieving storage lower urinary tract symptoms and poor sleep, and on improving urologic health self-management behaviors and health-related quality of life in the intervention group A or B are superior to the changes revealed in the comparison group.
