Evaluation of Occlusal Adjustment Material Removal on Monolithic Zirconia Blocks: An In Vitro Study
This study aims to improve understanding of the amount of tooth-replacement material removed during a single grinding "stroke" performed in the adjustment of a zirconia crown. Zirconia is a highly durable ceramic material commonly used for dental restorations, and accurate adjustment is essential for achieving proper occlusion. However, existing literature does not provide quantitative data regarding material removal per stroke during chairside adjustment, resulting in reliance on individual clinical experience. In this study, standardized zirconia specimens will be prepared and assigned to three operator groups: dental students, dental interns, and experienced clinicians. Each participant will perform a controlled number of grinding strokes on the specimens using a commonly used dental grinding stone. Specimens will be scanned before and after grinding using a three-dimensional scanner to precisely quantify material removal. Hypothesis The hypotheses of this study are: Each grinding stroke results in a measurable and relatively consistent amount of zirconia material removal. Experienced clinicians demonstrate more controlled and predictable material removal per stroke compared with students and interns.

Digital Occlusal Analysis and Bite Force Evaluation of Primary Molars Restored With Zirconia Crowns Using T-Scan
The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the adaptation of occlusion and bite force after zirconia crown restoration in children with pulp-treated primary molars. The main questions it aims to answer are: How does occlusion adapt after placement of zirconia crowns? Does bite force change following crown restoration? Participants will: Undergo routine pulp treatment and restoration of primary molars with zirconia crowns. Have bite force and occlusal contacts measured using the T-Scan digital occlusal analysis system before and after crown placement.

Occlusal Impact of Hall Crowns in Primary Molars
Hall Technique is a non-invasive restorative approach for managing carious primary molars, increasingly used in pediatric dentistry due to its simplicity and patient tolerance. This study aims to evaluate and compare the occlusal changes that occur following Hall crown placement on different primary molar groups (maxillary first molar, maxillary second molar, mandibular first molar, mandibular second molar) using digital model analysis.

Digital vs Conventional Prosthetic Rehab & Occlusal Analysis in Edentulous Patients
15 Patients requiring complete dentures will be recruited from Dubai Health. Each patient will receive two sets of dentures with a washout period between sets. Patients will remain blinded to the fabrication method used for each set. * Group 1: Participants will first receive conventionally fabricated dentures for both the upper and lower jaws. This set will be made using traditional techniques, including impressions, a custom tray, jaw relation recording, try-in, and final fitting. After the washout period, they will receive a second set created with the 3D-printed technique. * Group 2: Participants in this group will initially receive 3D-printed complete dentures through a digital workflow, which involves intraoral scanning, STL file export, digital design, design review with the patient, 3D printing, and final fitting. Following the washout period, they will then receive a conventionally fabricated set.

Trueness of Digital Occlusal Analysis
The aims of this observational study are to evaluate the trueness of two different digital occlusal analyzers; handheld occlusal analyzer versus intraoral scanner in comparison to conventional methods in identifying true occlusal contacts and to evaluate inter-examiner reliability of two examiners independently analyzing occlusal contacts.

Patient Perception and Oral Function of Implant Restorations
The overall aim is to evaluate the patient-reported outcome and efficiency of replacing posterior teeth with implant-supported crowns compared to RDPs and no treatment. Sub-aims are to evaluate a new 3D-methods for registration of occlusion and to test two crown designs. Thus, the study design has three aims: * To analyze patient perception including OHRQoL, when missing posterior teeth are replaced with implant-supported crowns compared to removable dental prostheses (RDPs) or no replacement. * To develop and validate new 3D digital methods for assessing occlusal contacts between upper and lower jaw and to analyze the methods relation to masticatory ability and efficiency. * To compare the difference in biological technical outcomes between splinted and non-splinted implant-supported crowns over time.
