NCT06645925
Novel Soft Tissue Augmentation Technique Using Free Gingival Graft Simultaneous With Posterior Mandibular Implant
Presence of keratinized tissue (KT) around dental implants, plays a crucial role in stability and health of peri-implant tissues. Several studies reported that, minimum of 2 mm keratinized tissue width is required to achieve long-term longevity. Insufficient keratinized mucosa leads to biofilm accumulation, soft tissue inflammation, eventually peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. Hence, the aim of the present trial is to evaluate KTW gain, linear and volumetric changes in buccal soft tissue along with hard tissue alterations following implant restoration at sites treated either with delayed implant placement \& simultaneous FGG or the conventional FGG protocol prior to implant placement.

Clinical, Radiographic, and Digital Evaluation of the Effects of Autogenous Grafts on Peri-implant Mucosa
This study aims to evaluate the effects of autogenous grafts harvested from different palatal regions on the peri-implant mucosa when applied during second-stage dental implant surgery. Clinical, radiographic, and digital assessment methods will be used to investigate the early effects of these grafts on peri-implant mucosal width and thickness. In addition, peri-implant tissue health and patient-reported outcomes will be evaluated to compare the effectiveness of the grafting techniques in peri-implant soft tissue management.

Clinical Evaluation of a Modified Technique for Free Gingival Graft Stabilization Using Titanium Fixation Tacs Around Implants Versus Conventional Suturing Technique
The aim of this randomized, controlled, parallel-grouped, clinical trial is to evaluate the width of keratinized gingiva after free gingival graft stabilized by titanium fixation tacs compared to traditional suturing. Research question: In patients with inadequate keratinized gingiva undergoing soft tissue augmentation by free gingival graft , will graft stabilization using Titanium fixation tacs affect the amount of keratinized tissue gain compared to graft stabilization using sutures ?

Effect of Modified Free Gingival Graft and Conventional Free Gingival Graft on Gingival Recession
The aim of this clinical study is to understand whether the modified free gingival graft technique is superior to the conventional free gingival graft: Will gingival recession completely close in modified free gingival grafting areas? Will there be a significant increase in the amount of keratinized gingiva in modified free gingival grafting participants compared to traditional free gingival grafting participants? Participants will visit our clinic in the 1st, 3rd and 6th months. Necessary clinical parameter measurements will be made by the clinician.
