A Research Study Looking at Long-term Treatment With Mim8 in People With Haemophilia A (FRONTIER 4)
This study is looking at how Mim8 works in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medicine that will be used to avoid bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). The study will last for up to 5.5 years. The duration of the study depends on when the participant enrolled in this study. The study will end if Mim8 is approved and marketed in participant's country during the study, or the study will end in June 2028, whichever comes first. Participants will get up to 262 injections; the number of injections depends on how often participants will get injections and how long time participants take part in the study. While taking part in this study, there are some restrictions about what medicine participants can use. The study doctor will tell the participants more about this. In case the participants experience bleeds, these can be treated with additional haemostatic medicine as agreed with the study doctor. Female participants cannot take part if they are pregnant, breast-feeding or plan to get pregnant during the study period.

A Research Study Looking at How Different Doses of Study Medicine (Inno8) Work in the Body of People With Haemophilia A
This study will test how different doses of study medicine (Inno8) work in the bodies of people with haemophilia A. The purpose of the study is to see if Inno8 is safe to use for people with haemophilia A. The study medicine is a new medicine that cannot yet be prescribed by doctors. The study will last for about 11 weeks.

Study for Turoctocog Alfa Treatment Regimen in Iraqi Haemophilia A Patients
The study has descriptive purposes, with aim of assessing how turoctocog alfa is used in the everyday practice and to provide a baseline for the management of haemophilia A and does not involve any change in the clinical management of participants. Data will be extrapolated from the existing paper based medical records and uploaded to an electronic database specifically created for the study. Baseline information/history will be recorded at time of switching from previous FVIII replacement therapy to turoctocog alfa from the enrolled participants and outcomes will be collected according to participants visit format.

A Research Study Looking at How Food Intake Affects Inno8 in the Body of Healthy People
The purpose of this study is to test a new medicine called Inno8. The study will test how eating and drinking before and after taking Inno8 affects how well it is absorbed in the stomach. The study consists of four arms. Participants will take the study medicine after an overnight fast. How long participants will need to fast depends on which group participants are in. After taking the study medicine, participants will need to fast again. The study will last for up to 9.5 weeks.

A Study Following Males With Haemophilia A on Prophylaxis With Esperoct®
This study will collect information on side effects and how well Esperoct® (turoctocog alfa pegol (N8-GP)) works during long-term treatment (prophylaxis) in males with haemophilia A. Participants in this study will get the same treatment as they would normally get, if they were not participating in the study. All visits at the clinic are done in the same way as participants are used to, when visiting their doctor. During visits at the clinic participants might be asked for some relevant tests if considered useful by the study doctor. During the visits the study doctor might ask if participants had any side effects since the last study visit. Participants will be asked to note down in their own diary the number of bleeds and how these were treated, as well as their regular prophylaxis. Participation in the study will last for about 5-7 years, depending on when participants join the study. Participants are free to leave the study at any time and for any reason. This will not affect their current and future medical care.

Adverse Event Data Collection From the EUHASS Registry on Turoctocog Alfa Pegol
This non-interventional study concerns a safety data collection based on adverse event data from a third-party registry (European Haemophilia Safety Surveillance System, EUHASS) that includes information about adverse events from patients with haemophilia A treated with turoctocog alfa pegol. There is no extra burden to the patients by participating in this registry-based data collection.

An Observational Research Study of the Health of Joints in People With Haemophilia Taking the Medicine Esperoct
This study will collect information on the long term health of joints in people with haemophilia A who have started treatment with Esperoct within twelve months prior to participation to the study. This study is conducted to look at how joint health of people with haemophilia changes over time when they are receiving the medicine Esperoct. The participants will get Esperoct as prescribed to the participants by the study doctor. The participant's treatment will not be affected by their involvement in the study. Every six months, the participants will be asked to answer some questionnaires about their joints, their pain and their ability to be physically active. Their participation in the study will last for no more than 2 years. The participants are free to leave the study at any time and for any reason. This will not affect their current and future medical care.

A Survey on the Success of Inhibitor Elimination Using Individualized Concentrate Selection and Controlled ITI
This research program is initiated to evaluate and document data on the success of ITI in 300 haemophilia A patients with newly developed or already existing FVIII-inhibitors (also patients who might potentially have failed in earlier ITIs), which will be treated with ITI - preferably high-dose based on individualized product selection, in order to improve management of this potentially devastating complication of haemophilia treatment. In order to investigate the role of in vitro tests on individual ITI success rate in patients undergoing ITI, the inhibitor plasma samples can be assayed against different FVIII concentrates using the following in vitro tests: Batch selection, Thrombin generation assay (TGA), Thrombin Generation Test (TGT) to monitor FVIII efficacy, Epitope mapping,IgG Subclasses specific for FVIII, Immunogenotyping.
