Studying Melatonin and Recovery in Teens
The goal of this feasibility clinical trial is to learn if melatonin can help teens having major musculoskeletal surgery by promoting healthy sleep. Melatonin is available as a dietary supplement that may be effective in promoting longer, higher quality sleep. This study will assess the feasibility and acceptability of melatonin for teens undergoing major musculoskeletal surgery, as well as determine optimal measured outcomes (sleep, pain, health-related quality of life) at short- and long-term follow-up.

The Effect of Three-Dimensional Exercises ( Schroth Method ) on Trunk Muscle Endurance, Sleep Quality, and Quality of Life in Adolescents With Hyperkyphosis
Adolescence is a critical period for spinal growth, and progression of thoracic hyperkyphosis may lead to pain, weak trunk muscles, sleep disturbances, and reduced quality of life. This study aims to investigate the effects of three-dimensional exercise program based on the Schroth Method on trunk muscle endurance, thoracic kyphosis angle, pain, sleep quality and quality of life in adolescents aged 12-18 years with hyperkyphosis.

DNS vs Thoracic Stabilization Exercises in Thoracic Kyphosis
This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effects of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises and thoracic stabilization exercises on thoracic erector spinae muscle strength, thoracic kyphosis angle, pain and trunk stabilization in individuals with thoracic kyphosis. Thirty participants aged 18-40 years with thoracic kyphosis will be randomly allocated to a DNS exercise group or a thoracic stabilization exercise group. Surface EMG biofeedback will be used to assess thoracic erector spinae muscle activation, while pain, thoracic kyphosis angle and trunk endurance will be evaluated using validated clinical tests. The interventions will be applied for 6 weeks, and outcomes will be assessed before and after the intervention period.

the Effect of Web-based Exercises on Postural Deformities
this study aims to investigate the effect of telerehabilitation with web-based exercises on postural deformities in individuals with postural problems. This randomized controlled study is planned to include 40 individuals. The individuals will be university students between the ages of 18-25. The students will be divided into two groups: home exercise program and telerehabilitation group. Exercises will be applied to both groups 3 times a week for 6 weeks.
