A Clinical Study of MK-1045 in People With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (MK-1045-008)
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat 2 types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) called follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). FL is a slow-growing type of NHL. DLBCL is a fast-growing type of NHL. NHL is a cancer in the lymphatic system that causes swollen lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system. In this study, researchers want to learn if MK-1045 can treat FL and DLBCL. MK-1045 is a study treatment that is an immunotherapy, which helps the immune system fight cancer. The goals of this study are to learn how safe MK-1045 is and if people tolerate it. Researchers also want to see if FL and DLBCL respond (the cancer gets smaller or goes away) to treatment.

Rituximab in Combination With Glofitamab and Polatuzumab Vedotin in Patients With Previously Untreated Aggressive B-cell Lymphoma Ineligible for R-CHOP
In the present trial the chemotherapy- light treatment concept R-Pola-Glo will be evaluated that combines the anti-CD20 antibody rituximab (R) with the ADC polatuzumab vedotin (Pola) and the (BiMabs) glofitamab (Glo) in elderly and/or medical unfit and previously untreated patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. The outcome and feasibility data obtained here will be used for further clinical development of this new chemolight triple combination.

A Safety Study of PF-08046044/SGN-35C in Adults With Advanced Cancers
This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infection. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), or diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This clinical trial uses a drug called PF-08046044/SGN-35C . The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN -35C will be used in people. This study will test the safety of SGN-35C in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35C. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35C is and if it works to treat select lymphomas.

A Clinical Study of Zilovertamab Vedotin (MK-2140) Plus Rituximab Plus Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, and Prednisone (R-CHP) Versus Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus R-CHP in People With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) (MK-2140-011/waveLINE-011)
Researchers are looking for ways to treat germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (GCB DLBCL). DLBCL is a fast-growing blood cancer that affects B-cells. GCB is a type of DLBCL that affects young B-cells that are still maturing. The goal of this study is to learn if more people who receive zilovertamab vedotin (MK-2140) and R-CHP have the cancer respond (go away) than those who receive polatuzumab vedotin and R-CHP.

A Study of JNJ-90014496 in Participants With B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
This is a Phase 1b/2, multicenter, open-label, study of prizloncabtagene autoleucel (prizlo-cel), an autologous dual targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting both cluster of differentiation (CD) CD20 and CD19, for the treatment of adult participants with relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-Cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) or frontline high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

A Phase II Study of Glofitamab Plus Polatuzumab-R-CHP for Patients With High-risk Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
The goal of this research study is to evaluate the combination of study drugs, Glofitamab and Polatuzumab, and a standard chemotherapy regimen, R-CHP, as a treatment for high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The names of the treatment interventions involved in this study are: * Glofitamab (T-cell bispecific antibody) * Polatuzumab (antibody-drug conjugate) * R-CHP (a chemotherapy regimen comprised of Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, and Prednisone)

LOC-R01 Study of Lenalidomide and Ibrutinib in Association With Rituximab-Methotrexate Procarbazine Vincristin (R-MPV)
This study is to improve the first-line induction chemotherapy, by combining either Ibrutinib, or Lenalidomide, to a conventional immuno- chemotherapy of R-MPV type (Rituximab-Methotrexate-Procarbazine-Vincristine). This is a randomized Phase II trial, preceded by a dose escalation phase Ib. The objective of the phase Ib is to rule out any limiting toxicity of the new treatment associations, and to determine the recommended dose of Lenalidomide and Ibrutinib to be used in the phase II. In the phase II study, patients will receive 4 cycles of R-MPV + Lenalidomide or 4 cycles of R-MPV + Ibrutinib. The therapeutic response will be evaluated after the 2nd and the 4th cycle. Patients in good therapeutic response will proceed to the consolidation phase with Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation (ASCT).

A Phase I/II Trial of ALETA-001 for the Treatment of Participants With B-cell Malignancies
This is a Phase I/II multicentre, open-label trial designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, timing of administration and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell engager, ALETA-001, administered by intravenous (IV) infusion as a single agent every 2 weeks in participants with B-cell malignancies post CD19 CAR T-cell therapy. This first in human study is divided into 2 parts: a safety lead-in phase (Phase I) and a dose expansion phase (Phase II). Different dose levels of ALETA-001 and timing of administration will be evaluated in Phase I in order to define a recommended dosing level and time of administration for Phase II. Phase II will further evaluate the safety, PK and therapeutic activity of ALETA-001.
