RECRUITING

NCT06343402

Open-label Study of BBO-8520 in Adult Subjects With KRASG12C Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A first in human study to evaluate the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of BBO-8520, a KRAS G12C (ON and OFF) inhibitor, as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab and BBO-10203 in subjects with locally advanced and unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS (Kirsten rat sarcoma) G12C mutation.

NCT04613596

Phase 2 Trial of Adagrasib Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab and a Phase 3 Trial of Adagrasib in Combination in Patients With a KRAS G12C Mutation KRYSTAL-7

The Phase 2 portion of this study evaluates the efficacy and safety of MRTX849 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in cohorts of patients with advanced NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation and any PD-L1 TPS and who are candidates for first-line treatment. The Phase 3 portion of the study compares the efficacy of adagrasib in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab in patients with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic squamous or nonsquamous NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation and PD-L1 TPS \>=50% and who are candidates for first line treatment.

NCT05364073

Study of Furmonertinib in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Activating, Including Uncommon, Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) or Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) Mutations

This is a Phase 1b, open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation and dose expansion study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of furmonertinib in patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with activating, including uncommon, Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) or Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Patients will be enrolled into one of 2 stages: Stage 1 (Dose Escalation and Backfill Cohorts) and Stage 2 (Dose Expansion).

Plasma-Adapted First-Line Pembro In NSCLC

This research study is studying to see if a blood test, collected at different times during the treatment of metastatic non-small lung cancer, can be used to detect early response in patients being treated with pembrolizumab and use that information to determine whether patients should continue treatment with pembrolizumab or switch treatment to pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Pembrolizumab * Platinum doublet chemotherapy, which may include the following: * Carboplatin and pemetrexed * Carboplatin and paclitaxel The name of the blood test: \- InVision (Inivata, Ltd.)

NCT02411448

A Study of Ramucirumab (LY3009806) in Combination With Erlotinib in Previously Untreated Participants With EGFR Mutation-Positive Metastatic NSCLC (RELAY)

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ramucirumab in combination with erlotinib as compared to placebo in combination with erlotinib in previously untreated participants with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring an activating epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation (Exon 19-Del and Exon 21 L858R). Safety and tolerability of ramucirumab in combination with erlotinib will be assessed in Part A before proceeding to Part B. The purpose of Part C is to determine the efficacy and safety of ramucirumab in combination with gefitinib in previously untreated East Asian participants with EGFR mutation-positive metastatic NSCLC and of ramucirumab in combination with osimertinib in those participants whose disease progressed on ramucirumab and gefitinib and that have T790M - positive metastatic NSCLC.

NCT05607550

Study to Compare Furmonertinib to Platinum-Based Chemotherapy for Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Exon 20 Insertion Mutations (FURVENT)

Global, Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of furmonertinib (firmonertinib) at 2 dose levels (160 mg once daily \[QD\] and 240 mg QD) compared to platinum-based chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. A target of approximately 375 patients will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to treatment with furmonertinib 240 mg QD, furmonertinib 160 mg QD, or platinum-based chemotherapy.

Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Oligo-Progression Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) can treat the oligo-progressive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after first-line chemotherapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does SBRT improve progression-free survival in oligo-progressive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after first-line chemotherapy? Does SBRT improve overall survival and quality of life in oligo-progressive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after first-line chemotherapy? Researchers will compare SBRT in combination with standard of care (SOC) and SOC only to see if SBRT works to treat oligo-progressive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after first-line chemotherapy. Participants will: Take SBRT in combination with SOC or SOC only. Visit the clinic for checkups and tests as required by the study. Keep a diary of their symptoms and complete the quality of life assessment questionnaire.
