A Study of Telitacicept in Patients With Ocular Myasthenia Gravis (OMG)

This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Telitacicept for the treatment of Ocular Myasthenia Gravis (OMG).Approximately 120 eligible subjects aged 12 to 80 years with a diagnosis of OMG (Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America \[MGFA\] Clinical Classification Type I) will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either Telitacicept or a matching placebo. Subjects must be on a stable standard-of-care therapy and have an MG Impairment Index (PRO) ocular score of ≥6 at screening and baseline. The dose is age and weight based. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of Telitacicept compared to placebo in treating OMG.The primary efficacy endpoint is the change from baseline in the MGII (PRO) ocular score at Week 24. Secondary endpoints include changes from baseline in other ocular and total scores from MGII, Myasthenia Gravis-Activities of Daily Living (MG-ADL), MG Clinical Absolute Score, and the 15-item Myasthenia Gravis Quality of Life Revised scale (MG-QOL15r). Safety and tolerability will be monitored throughout the study.

A Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of Efgartigimod PH20 SC in Adults With Ocular Myasthenia Gravis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of efgartigimod PH20 SC given by a pre-filled syringe in adult patients with ocular myasthenia gravis. The study consists of a part A (approximately 7 weeks) and a part B (up to 2 years). In part A, half of the participants will receive efgartigimod PH20 SC and the other half will receive placebo. In part B, all participants will receive efgartigimod PH20 SC. The participants will be in the study for about up to 2 years and 12 weeks.

Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America Global MG Patient Registry

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the experiences of people living with Myasthenia Gravis (MG) in the United States. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How and when are people with MG diagnosed? * What are the most common symptoms associated with MG? * What treatments are being used to treat MG? * What are the impacts of MG on activities of daily living, employment and quality of life? * What are the experiences with exacerbation, hospitalization and healthcare access for people with MG? Participants will answer a survey to enroll in the study, and be invited to fill out an update survey twice a year.

Predictors and Prognostic Factors of Myasthenia Gravis Outcome

This study aims to characterize the clinical features, frequency of different subgroups of MG, and identify predictors of treatment responsiveness among different subgroups of MG. The predictors are including primary outcome (percentage of changes in MG scales at baseline at time of enrollment and after 3 months) and secondary outcome (treatment-related adverse events). Also it aims to determine the frequency of patients with refractory MG. This information will be used to understand the trends and mechanisms of disease relapse, and optimal management strategies.
