An Exploratory Study of Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With Liver Metastases (INTEGRATE)
This study is being done to look at how effective the drug, atezolizumab, with or without the drug bevacizumab, is for people with inoperable liver cancer or non-small lung cancer that has spread to the liver. This will be done by looking at the duration of time from starting the study drug(s) until the cancer worsens in study participants. This study will collect blood and tumor tissue samples from participants to look at changes to their tumor(s) before and after receiving atezolizumab and/or bevacizumab.

Ceritinib Plus Docetaxel in ALK-Negative, EGFR WT Advanced NSCLC
The main purpose of this study is to find out what effects (good and bad) ceritinib (Zykadia®) used in combination with docetaxel (Taxotere®) will have on participants and their cancer. The results will help to determine the best safe dose of the combination of the medications Ceritinib (Zykadia®) and docetaxel (Taxotere®) and to find out if this combination of drugs will help people that have this type of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

A Phase 1b/2 Study of the Safety and Efficacy of the Monoclonal Antibody OM-RCA-01 in Patients With Metastatic Tumors Expressing Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1
One of the most relevant targets in the field of novel targeted anticancer therapy is the family of receptors to fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs). FGFR1 is the main representative of the FGFR family. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if monoclonal anti-FGFR1 antibody (OM-RCA-01) works to treat metastatic cancers expressing FGFR1. It will also learn about the safety of drug OM-RCA-01. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. What medical problems do participants have when receiving drug OM-RCA-01? 2. What dose of the drug should patients receive in the next studies? 3. Does tumor growth slow down in patients receiving OM-RCA-01? All patients in this study will receive the antibody treatment. The drug will be given through a vein (by IV infusion) every two weeks, for as long as the disease remains under control and the treatment is well tolerated.

Circulating Tumor DNA Guided Treatment Monitoring in Advanced Lung Cancer
The study is a prospective randomized interventional study including patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, receiving immunotherapy, with the aim of optimizing treatment monitoring. The study aims to investigate the clinical utility of liquid biopsy monitoring in order to reduce the numbers of inefficient treatments and needless toxicity - and to explore the cost-effectiveness and cost-utility of introducing liquid biopsy monitoring in daily clinical practice.

Dacomitinib in Lung Cancer With Uncommon EGFR Mutations
This is a single center and exploratory study, aiming to analyze the efficacy and safety of dacomitinib-a pan-HER and irreversible TKI in subjects with diagnosed stage IIIB/IV or recurrent NSCLC. All subjects will have tumors that test positive for at least one uncommon EGFR activating mutation (do not have drug-resistant pattern, e.g. 20 insertion or 20T790M). All patients will be of histo- and/or cytopathology confirmed. Determination of the EGFR mutation type will be performed in the pathological department of Shanghai Chest Hospital. Both ARMS method or targeted sequencing are acceptable. It is not acceptable for subjects with the presence of the exon 20T790M mutation or insertion together with either EGFR activating mutations (exon 19 deletion or the L858R mutation in exon 21) or uncommon EGFR mutations. 10ml peripheral blood must be available for concomitant study. All eligible subjects must have adequate renal, hepatic, and hematologic function, as defined in "inclusion criteria". Patients will receive continuous oral therapy with the study drugs (dacomitinib 45 mg) until progressive disease as defined by RECIST version 1.1 or judged by investigator that the patient no longer derives clinical benefit from study treatment. At the time of progression and removal from study treatment, the subject may receive any regulatory approved therapy at the judgment of the investigator. Timely and complete disease assessments in this study are important. Every effort should be made to ensure disease assessments performed as scheduled to prevent the introduction of bias into the assessment of efficacy. Failure to perform any of the required disease assessments will result in the inability to determine disease status for that time point. Frequent off schedule or incomplete disease assessments have the potential to weaken the study conclusion. Subjects who have progressive disease per RECIST version 1.1 confirmed by the investigator believes it is in their best interest to continue on their study therapy, will be allowed to continue on their therapy with or without local therapy (e.g. surgical removal and/or radiation of a single lesion), at the discretion of the investigator until any alternate or additional systemic anti-cancer therapy regimen is implemented. The subsequent new cancer therapy (including, for systemic therapy, drugs administered, date of initiation and discontinuation of each drug) and OS will be recorded. Each subject will be followed for survival status and subsequent cancer therapies up to 48 months from the date of first dosing. This data may be collected from subjects by telephone, and if collected should be entered into the CRF.

SAR408701 Versus Docetaxel in Previously Treated, Carcinoembryonic Antigen-related Cell Adhesion Molecule 5 (CEACAM5) Positive Metastatic Non-squamous Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Patients
Primary Objectives: * Study was designed with multiple primary endpoints analyzed on randomized participants at the time of the cut-off date for each given analysis (progression free survival \[PFS\] and overall survival \[OS\]) * Study success was defined either on PFS or OS * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the progression free survival (PFS) when compared to docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the overall survival (OS) when compared with docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Xingbai Ji Formula Combined with Chemotherapy and Sintilimab in Metastatic Multi-Target Mutation-Negative Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: a Clinical Trial
Clinical Trial Protocol Primary Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the Xingbaiji Formula combined with chemotherapy and Sintilimab as first-line therapy in patients with recurrent or metastatic Stage IIIB-IV EGFR/ALK/ROS-1 mutation-negative non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), using Objective Response Rate (ORR) of tumor lesions as the primary endpoint. Secondary Objectives: To assess secondary endpoints including Progression-Free Survival (PFS), Quality of Life (QoL), immune-related indicators, and safety profile (e.g., incidence of adverse events), and to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy. Randomized Group Allocation: Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups: Control Group Regimen for Advanced Non-Squamous NSCLC: Drugs and Dosage: Sintilimab 200mg + Pemetrexed + Cisplatin/Carboplatin via intravenous infusion, administered every 3 weeks (Q3W) for 4 cycles. After completion of 4 cycles, patients enter the maintenance phase: Sintilimab 200mg Q3W (up to 24 months) + Pemetrexed Q3W until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, death, or voluntary withdrawal. Regimen for Advanced Squamous NSCLC: Drugs and Dosage: Sintilimab 200mg + Gemcitabine + Cisplatin/Carboplatin via intravenous infusion, Q3W for 4-6 cycles. Post-treatment, patients receive Sintilimab 200mg Q3W maintenance until disease progression, intolerability, or completion of 2 years of Sintilimab therapy. Experimental Group Control Group Regimen + Xingbaiji Formula Xingbaiji Formula Dosage: 1. Granule No. 1: 10g/bag, dissolved in warm water. Administration: 1 bag orally, twice daily (morning and evening), after meals. 2. Granule No. 2: 5g/bag, dissolved in warm water. Administration: 1 bag orally, twice daily (morning and evening), after meals. Treatment Duration: Both granules are taken concurrently with chemotherapy for 6 months, then discontinued.

T-Cell Repertoire Sequencing: Assessing Pembrolizumab Efficacy in Advanced Non-small Lung Cancer
This is a single site, non-randomized trial for the assessment of intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab (also known as MK-3475) combined with pemetrexed/platinum-based chemotherapy in subjects with advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not previously received systemic therapy for advanced disease and in whom directed therapy is not indicated. Approximately 30 subjects will be enrolled in this trial to examine the clonality and diversity dynamics matched with disease response evaluated by RECIST 1.1.
