A Clinical Study to Evaluate the Effects of RO7795068 in Participants With Obesity or Overweight Without Type 2 Diabetes

Mirikizumab and Tirzepatide Administered in Adult Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Crohn's Disease and Obesity or Overweight

Mirikizumab Administered at the Same Time as Tirzepatide in Adult Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis and Obesity or Overweight: Phase 3b Study
The main purpose of this study is to show whether in these individuals, treatment with both mirikizumab and tirzepatide, compared with treatment with mirikizumab and placebo, leads to decrease or disappearance of UC symptoms, and loss of at least one-tenth of the overall body weight. Participation in this study will last up to 61 weeks, including 52 weeks of treatment.

Study on Gastric Emptying Effect and Drug-Drug Interactions of GZR18 Injection
This is a single-center, open-label, fixed-sequence phase I clinical study to evaluate the effect of GZR18 Injection on gastric emptying and the effect of repeated SC injections of GZR18 Injection on the pharmacokinetics of oral digoxin tablets, rosuvastatin calcium tablets and warfarin sodium tablets. A total of 60 obese or overweight subjects are planned to be enrolled, with no less than one-quarter of the subjects from either gender. The study duration for each subject in this study is approximately 26 weeks: including a screening period of up to 4 weeks (W-28 to D-1), single-drug administration and dose escalation stages of 16 weeks (W1D1 to W16D7) and the combined drug administration stage of 6 weeks (W17D1 to W23D1)

Study of Once-Daily Oral RGT001-075 Compared With Placebo in Adults With Obesity or Are Overweight With Weight-Related Health Conditions
This is a phase 2, 36-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel arm study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, weight loss efficacy, pharmacodynamic effects, and pharmacokinetics of RGT001-075 in adults who are obese (BMI ≥30 kg/m²) or who are overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m²) with at least one weight-related comorbidity. RGT001-075 or matching placebo will be administered once daily.
