A RCT Study on Autologous PRP Injection in Patients With POR
Poor ovarian response (POR) is a pathological condition where the ovaries do not respond well to the stimulation of gonadotropins. It is mainly characterized by a low number of developing follicles, a high cancellation rate of the ovarian stimulation cycle, a small number of retrieved oocytes, and a low clinical pregnancy rate. Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is a special type of this condition and is one of the most difficult infertility diseases to treat. The incidence of POR and POI in reproductive-aged women in China is increasing year by year, making them key and challenging issues in reproductive medicine. Novel local ovarian cell therapy can improve the microenvironment for follicle development, promote the development and ovulation of "dormant" primordial follicles, and improve the quality of oocytes. This study intends to conduct a prospective randomized controlled trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) local injection therapy for improving ovarian reserve and IVF-ET outcomes in patients with POR and POI. This study is expected to improve the fertility of POR patients from the perspective of autologous cell therapy. The autologous PRP local injection technique does not involve ethical barriers, is easy to standardize the diagnosis and treatment process and operation system, and is suitable for clinical translation and promotion.

Use of PRP for the Healing of Grade III Ulcers
Treatment with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) consists of extracting a small amount of blood from the patient himself, which is later processed by centrifugation to obtain a fraction rich in platelets. It will be done on weekly or fortnightly blood extraction procedure, depending on the process. Between 1-3 sterile citrate collection tubes will be used, which may vary depending on the size of the ulcer. Each tube can contain approximately 8-10ml of blood and the procedure is carried out under aseptic conditions and with material from a single use Once the sample has been centrifuged, the blood plasma will be extracted and the concentrate obtained will be applied directly on the wound or ulcer with the objective of stimulating and accelerating healing by means of growth factors. This procedure is used as complementary therapy in chronic ulcers or with difficulty in healing, such as they can be venous, arterial, pressure or diabetic foot ulcers.

Comparing the Efficacy of Lyophilized Self Growth Factor Versus PRP Injection for Knee OA
Knee osteoarthritis(OA) is a common degenerative joint disease that often leads to knee pain, stiffness, and a decline in quality of life among middle-aged and elderly individuals. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a regenerative treatment method that involves drawing a small amount of the patient's own blood and using centrifugation process to produce PRP. PRP, which is rich in growth factors and anti-inflammatory cytokines, facilitate the repair of damaged tissues and has been used in treating knee OA. Self-repair factor (SRF), an advanced form of PRP, is created using multi-step centrifugation and proprietary processes to increase platelet concentration. This enhancement may offer superior repair efficacy and faster recovery compared to traditional PRP. To explore this potential, we designed a randomized, double-blind, clinical trial to compare the effectiveness of SRF and PRP in treating degenerative knee osteoarthritis.

Platelet-Rich Plasma Injections From Cord Blood + Penile Traction vs. Penile Traction Alone in Patients With Peyronie's Disease. Open-label, Single-center Randomized Study
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Platelet-Rich Plasma Injections from Cord Blood (CB-PRP) is useful in Peyronie disease. The primary goal is evaluation of patient satisfaction at 1 and 3 months after treatment completion using the PDQ Questionnaire Secondary Objectives are: * Measurement of penile curvature measured with a goniometer with spontaneous erection before and after treatment (1 and 3 months) * Measurement of penile length in stretching before and after treatment (1 and 3 months) * Evaluation of the improvement in quality of life, through the Short-Form Health Survey 12 (SF-12) health status questionnaire and through the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) Participants will be randomized in two groups: * penile extender alone * penile extender + CB PRP injection (1 injection every 15 days - 3 in totalinjections)

Efficacy of Platelet-rich Plasma Injection Compare With Corticosteroid in Pes Anserinus Pain Syndrome
The goal of this research is to study the efficacy of treatment between PRP injection and corticosteroid injection in patients with pes anserinus bursitis. The research question is whether PRP can reduce pain more effectively than corticosteroids. The study is divided into two groups: one group receiving PRP injections and the second group receiving corticosteroid injections. Treatment outcomes will be monitored at four time points: baseline, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks. The outcomes will be measured using the VAS and WOMAC scores.
