Home Use Study of Targeted Mechanical Stimulation for Tremor Relief
Subjects will receive prototype devices to be used for participation. The study comprises three phases: 1. Alpha phase: Two remote study visits and an in-home period to gather device usability data on the alpha system. The at home period for this phase will be 2 weeks. This phase will be used to confirm that the device and labeling are suitable for in-home use. 2. Beta Phase B1: Beta Phase B1 will be conducted using the beta devices for two in-person or remote, 60 to 90-minute, visits. This phase will be used to assess design changes between alpha and beta versions. 3. Beta Phase B2: Seven remote visits and in-home usage to gather usability and efficacy data on the beta system in-home. Beta Phase B2 will be conducted using the beta devices for 12 weeks. This phase will be used to assess design changes between alpha and beta versions.

EEG Measurements to Capture DBS-induced Electric Potentials
To measure the electric fields induced by DBS (deep brain stimulation) on the scalp and to improve electric field simulations, the investigators will measure EEG (electroencephalography) measurements with high sampling rates (\>100 kHz). The investigators hypothesize that we can improve electric field simulations of DBS by validating and calibrating the simulations based on EEG measurements at high sampling rates (\>100 kHz).

The Relationship Between Homocysteine and Manifestation of Parkinson's Disease Patients
* The aim of the current study is to investigate the association between blood homocysteine level and motor as well as cognitive manifestation of PD patients in Assiut governorate. * Secondary goal is to investigate the association between levels of serum ferritin, iron as well as acute phase proteins (fibrinogen, D-dimer, CRP) and manifestation of PD.

Study of the Test-retest Reliability of the Neuropsychiatric Fluctuations Scale in Parkinson's Disease
This study focuses on neuropsychiatric fluctuations (NPF) in Parkinson's disease. Due to the lack of specific assessment tools, we developed the Neuropsychological Fluctuations Scale (NFS), a 20-item questionnaire. Recent studies have confirmed its reliability, sensitivity, and validity. To finalize its validation, assessing its test-retest reliability is an essential next step.
