Hypersensitivity to Amylin in Post-Traumatic Headache
Pramlintide is a peptide analogue of human amylin which is a vasoactive substance involved in the pathogenesis of headache. This study investigates whether pramlintide induces migraine-like headache in people with persistent post-traumatic headache (PTH) attributed to mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI).

Art Therapy and Emotional Well Being in Military Populations With Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms
Art therapy is used across the Military Health System for treatment of posttraumatic symptoms, but there is limited research on how art therapy is able to restore emotional expression and regulation in service members. This research hopes to learn about the effects of art therapy on emotional expression and regulation in service members as well as the neurological systems at work. If a participant chooses to be in this study, he or she will attend eleven sessions over a period of six to eight months. The first session will be an interview and self-assessment questionnaires to collect information on a variety of symptoms, experiences, and personality traits, and an MRI scan. During the MRI scan, participants will be asked to perform a task where they will be shown a series of neutral and negative images. The following eight sessions will be one-hour art therapy sessions with a certified art therapist. The tenth session will consist of the same self-assessment questionnaires and another MRI scan. The final session will consist of some of the same questionnaires from the tenth visit, as well as a qualitative interview done virtually three months after the tenth visit.

Behavior Therapy vs Education for Persistent Headache After Mild TBI
This study will test a new treatment, called Headache reprocessing, for persistent post-traumatic headache. The new treatment will be compared to a headache education intervention. The main objectives of the study are to examine the feasibility, safety, and clinical appropriateness of the new treatment.

e-CBT DTx for Post Traumatic Headaches in Adults With History of TBI
The AMMO digital therapeutic (DTx) study will provide an online based program for participants with migraines after head injury to follow for 12 weeks. This study aims to see if using cognitive behavioral therapy aimed at military service members in an online self administered platform is effective therapy in the relief of migraines compared. The study will use a single blind online comparative program to test the effect.

Exercise in Postconcussion Symptoms and Posttraumatic Headache
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two models of delivery of guided exercise in patients with exercise intolerance after mild head injury. The main question it aims to answer is: • Is a program that includes elements of in-house exercise and follow-up sessions, and repeated treadmill testing, superior to a program with telephone-based follow-up only? Participants will undergo a treadmill test to determine eligibility for the study, and to determine at what intensity level their symptoms worsen (symptom threshold). Thereafter they will exercise 15-20 minutes, 3-5 times per week at 80-90% of the heart rate that was found to be the symptom threshold. One group will receive face-to-face folllow-up and repeated testing, one group will receive telephone-based follow-up only . Researchers will compare these two groups to see if closer follow-up is superior when it comes to recovery from exercise intolerance after 12 weeks of exercise.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-based Rehabilitation of Post-concussion Symptoms
The investigators aim to evaluate effects of an outpatient rehabilitation program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy compared to usual care on function in patients with post-concussion syndrome (PCS) and post-traumatic headache (PTH). This study builds on the investigators' previous observational studies and treatment studies in this patient group.

GAIN Symptoms: Post-traumatic Headache
The overall aim of the study is to advance the knowledge on the characterization and underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of persistent post-traumatic headache (PTH) with a direct impact on the ability to diagnose and manage PTH effectively. The investigators also aim to evaluate the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a novel intervention on PTH.
