Exercise, Insulin Resistance, and Chronic Pain in Postmenopausal Women.
This study aims to investigate the effects of a combined exercise program on chronic pain in postmenopausal women, considering insulin resistance as a potential physiological mediator. The intervention will assess changes in pain intensity, metabolic and inflammatory biomarkers, psychosocial factors, and body composition. The findings may contribute to understanding the metabolic mechanisms underlying chronic pain in postmenopausal women and support exercise as a non-pharmacological therapeutic strategy.

Cardiometabolic Adaptations to Concurrent Training: Effect of Effort Configuration on Postmenopausal Women
The main objectives of this project are to assess the effects of a 20-week concurrent training program on neuromuscular adaptations, body composition, cardiometabolic health, quality of life, mood state, physical self-perception, and menopause-related symptoms in physically active postmenopausal women, and to compare the adaptations resulting from different combinations of endurance and resistance training programs with varying effort configurations. Additionally, this project aims to examine the longitudinal interaction and potential interference effects between endurance and resistance training effort configurations throughout the training program and to determine the optimal combination of effort configurations that maximizes health benefits in concurrent training programs for physically active postmenopausal women.

Spousal Support and Sexual Quality of Life in Postmenopausal Women
Menopause is a natural transition period in women's lives characterized by concurrent hormonal, psychological, and relational changes. During the postmenopausal period, hormonal alterations are not limited to physical symptoms but also have significant effects on psychological well-being, interpersonal relationships, and particularly sexual quality of life. Common concerns during this period include decreased sexual desire, vaginal dryness, pelvic discomfort, and reduced sexual satisfaction, all of which may negatively affect overall quality of life. Sexual quality of life is influenced not only by biological factors but also by psychological and relational dimensions. The quality of partner relationships and perceived partner support play an important role in women's adaptation to sexual changes during the postmenopausal period. However, partner support during menopause is often reported to be insufficient, which may adversely affect sexual well-being. Despite this, evidence examining the relationship between perceived partner support and sexual quality of life in postmenopausal women remains limited. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of perceived partner support on sexual quality of life in postmenopausal women. Through this investigation, the explanatory role of partner support in postmenopausal sexual well-being is aimed.

Effects of Multiple Intervention on Postmenopausal Women With UI
Study The purpose of this clinical trial was to investigate the effects of a multi-intervention approach, including Kegel and Tai Chi exercises, on quality of life, self-efficacy, and urinary incontinence severity in postmenopausal women. Key Questions the Study Aims to Answer: How does the multi-intervention approach affect quality of life? Does the multi-intervention approach affect women's self-efficacy? How does the multi-intervention approach affect urinary incontinence severity? How does the frequency of exercises (3 days per week vs. 6 days per week) affect these outcomes? Do the effects of the intervention change temporally over the 8-week period? Who is Eligible? Women aged 45 and over who have gone through menopause Those who wish to volunteer for the study Those who have no communication barriers Those who have not previously received treatment for urinary incontinence Those who can use a smartphone or WhatsApp Those who experience urine leakage when coughing or sneezing Study Application: The exercises will be administered for 8 weeks. Participants will be taught how to perform the exercises and will be demonstrated through brochures and videos. Reminders will be provided during the exercises.

Water Based Burpee Exercises on Functional Capacity in Poste-menopausal Women After Thyroidectomy
Skeletal muscle mass plays an important role with both metabolism and functional capacity. It is well established that the aging process leads to a significant decline in both muscle mass and strength which is associated with frailty , an increased risk of falls and decreased physical fitness and function In this context, high-load resistance training has been shown to reduce the risk of falls and increase strength and functional capacity in middle-aged and/or elderly individuals. Aquatic exercise is one method that has previously been shown to improve muscle strength, balance, and coordination in those of advancing age Although the evidence supports the effectiveness of both water-based burpee exercise in middle-aged and elderly individuals, has, to our knowledge, never been investigated. Thus, the objective of this study was to assess the long-term effect of water-based burpee exercises

Protein and Exercise for Postmenopausal Women's Wellbeing
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if consuming a higher protein diet that includes one serving of beef each day, in combination with resistance exercise, improves wellbeing in postmenopausal women. It will also tell us about how higher protein intake changes body composition and blood values related to health. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does higher protein intake combined with resistance training improve mood and sleep in postmenopausal women? * What other health benefits to postmenopausal women experience when the follow a higher protein diet and participate in resistance exercise? Researchers will compare three groups 1) postmenopausal women living their daily lives as usual, 2) postmenopausal women consuming a higher protein diet, and 2) postmenopausal women consuming a higher protein diet and participating in resistance training. Participants will: * Consume a higher protein diet for 16 weeks * Participate in an at-home resistance training for 16 weeks * Keep a diary of their food intake, sleep habits, and mood * Have health assessments every 4 weeks

Comparative Effects Of Dynamic And Static Stretching In Postmenopausal Females With Knee Osteoarthritis
As the aging population continues to grow, there is a pressing need to explore effective interventions to alleviate the symptoms of osteoarthritis, particularly in postmenopausal women who may experience unique challenges. Osteoarthritis (OA) is progressive joint disease characterized by joint inflammation and a reparative bone response and is one of the top five most disabling conditions that affects more than one-third of persons \>65 years of age, commonly affecting hands, feet, spine, hips, and knees. Among the various therapeutic modalities, stretching exercises, both dynamic and static, have gained attention for their potential to enhance joint flexibility, reduce pain, and improve functional outcomes.
