Acute Effects of Exercise Bars on Proprioception, ReactionTime, Power and Upper Extremity Performance
This study will be conducted between May and August 2026 at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Health Sciences, with male individuals aged 18-35. For the study, cases will first be divided into 3 groups by computer-assisted randomization. The first group will be the Flex-i bar group, the second group will be the Theraband Flex bar group, and the third group will be the Sham bar group. Group 1 will perform the exercises with the Flex-i bar, while Group 2 will perform them with the Theraband Flex bar. The control group will perform the exercises with a rolling pin. After group assignment of cases is completed, demographic information such as age, height and weight of the participants will be recorded. Then, pre-exercise assessments of the participants will be conducted. The assessment will include proprioception, reaction time, power and upper extremity performance. Following the initial assessment, each group will perform their exercises with their own exercise material. Measurements will be repeated after the exercises. Measurements will be taken three times during the assessments and the best result will be recorded.

BFR Rope Training in Male Volleyball Players
The study will be conducted during the preparatory period of the volleyball players and will span eight weeks. Throughout this period, athletes will continue their regular volleyball training four days per week, while the experimental group (n = 10) will perform rope training with blood flow restriction (BFR) twice per week, and the control group (n = 10) will perform the same rope training without BFR. Assessments will be carried out at the beginning of the 8-week period (pre-test) and at the end of the intervention (post-test). For both groups, all exercises will target the upper-extremity muscle groups. During the study, participants will be instructed to avoid consuming any medications, engaging in additional strenuous physical activities, and using any techniques or ergogenic aids that might influence the results. In both testing sessions, a standardized warm-up protocol will be implemented, consisting of a 5-minute treadmill run at 9 km/h on a Sprint Runner device (Hoggan Health Industries, Draper, UT), followed by 3 minutes of light full-body stretching. This warm-up procedure will be applied consistently across both groups to ensure standardization.

Effects of Plyometric Exercises in Female Fast Bowlers
Cricket is one of the most popular team sports in the world. Bowling action is an extremely skilled activity that has been developed over many years of practice. Physiological variables and an imbalance between the agonist and antagonist muscle groups are important risk factors for development in high skill bowlers. Exercises known as plyometric training use explosive motions to build muscle mass and improve aspects of physical fitness. Ballistic six plyometric exercises have been shown to improve performance in medium-paced cricket bowlers by increasing bowling velocity. This randomized controlled trial will be conducted in Pakistan Sports Board Lahore. This study will be completed in 10 months after the approval of synopsis. Non-probability convenient sampling technique will be used. Inclusion criteria will include female fast bowlers with age group between19 to 27years who are active team members of their respective leagues without the presence of injuries and whose composite score will be greater than 75 on star excursion balance scale will be included. Any participant post-elbow or shoulder surgery within one year of the study's pre-test or presenting with a history of elbow or shoulder injury or pain within one year of the study's pre-test will be excluded. The study will be conducted in two groups. Group A (14 players) will receive 8 weeks of upper and lower body plyometric exercises protocol. The session will last for 60 minutes and 3 times per week.10-15 mints warm up before plyometric exercises and 1-minute rest period is there between each exercise and each repetition and 3-5 minute for each set. Group B (14 players) will receive their standard exercise protocol. The session will last for 60 minutes and 3 times per week. Vertical jump test for lower extremity strength, 3-Hop test for lower extremity power and Star excursion balance test for dynamic balance is performed at the start of exercise protocol and in the end. After data collection data will be analyzed using statistical package for social sciences SPSS version 21.
