Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation Versus Standard Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement
The mechanical intervention is treating aortic valve stenosis (AVS) which may be performed using the standard open surgical approach for aortic valve replacement (AVR) or transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). The key question of this study is to establish the difference in all-cause and cause-specific (cardiac vs noncardiac) mortality, all hospitalizations for heart failure within 24 months of follow-up, left ventricular reverse remodeling after adjustment for death, as assessed by means of the left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), in patients who received the TAVI vs the standard surgical procedure for AVS.

Four-unit Implant Supported Fixed Partial Dentures Fabricated From Different Materials
Implant supported superstructure is necessary for long term success and durability of the implant itself in terms of stresses distribution and fracture strength capability. Stresses falling on an implant are too much greater than those applied on a tooth structure with a periodontal ligament offering a degree of elasticity. The important mechanical and physical properties of materials used for the fabrication of dental prostheses include adequate flexural and tensile strength and modulus of elasticity, maximum fracture resistance, optimal bond strength and adequate polishability.

Clinical and Functional Outcome of the MobileLink Acetabular Cup System in the Short-, Mid-, and Longterm Follow-up
The implantation of artificial hip joints is one of the most frequently performed surgeries. Normally, patients are very satisfied with the results. The MobileLink hip prosthesis system is a CE marked medical device. This means the the safety and performance of the prosthesis ist approved. Aim of the study is to collect clinical data about the outcome of the MobileLink hip prosthesis system under routine condition and to determine the satisfaction of the patients.

Hybrid PEEK-Acrylic Resin Prostheses and the All-on-4 Concept for Full-Arch Rehabilitation - Routine Group
The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the outcome of a Poly-ether-ether-ketone - acrylic resin prosthesis for full-arch rehabilitation of the atrophic maxillae through the All-on-4 concept after five years of follow-up. The main question it aims to answer is: \- What is the survival outcome of the full-arch implant-supported Poly-ether-ether-ketone - acrylic resin prosthesis? The participants already rehabilitated with dental implants will receive a Poly-ether-ehter-ketone prosthesis as a definitive prosthesis.

Patient-reported Outcome Measures in Patient Underwent Total Hip and Knee Arthroplasty
Registry of Galeazzi Orthopedic Institute: provides for the regular and systematic collection of all data (clinical and some PROMs) obtained from patients undergoing hip and knee arthroplasty to which questionnaires are proposed investigating the specific functional sphere of the joints undergoing surgery (Knee injuryOsteoarthritisOutcomeScore (KOOS-PS) and Hip injuryOsteoarthritisOutcomeScore (HOOS-PS) but also the sphere of general health (ShortForm health survey-12 (SF-12) and VisualAnalogueScale (VAS)) , in addition, of course, to the satisfaction rate.
