Taylor Swift and Mental Health Outcomes
A study in Singapore will explore the potential of pop culture, particularly Taylor Swift's music, in influencing young adults' attitudes toward mental health. With the highest prevalence of mental illness among this age group, the study will aim to investigate whether engagement with Swift's songs and social media will be associated with attitudes crucial for help-seeking, such as recognizing mental health issues and being open to professional services. Conducting a survey of over 600 young adults, the researchers will assess participants' mental health symptoms, engagement with Swift's content, social media and demographics, mental health help-seeking attitude and mental health self-diagnosing behavior.

Mental Health Content and Mental Health Outcomes
The study will aim to explore the relationship between mental health content on social media and health behavior, addressing a gap in empirical research. Trazodone vs. Quetiapine for the Treatment of ICU Delirium
This is a single-center, prospective observational pilot study. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of trazodone as compared to quetiapine, in the management of ICU delirium in adult (\>=18 years old) surgical and medical ICU patients. The investigators will compare outcomes such as delirium duration, delirium-free days, coma-free days, in-hospital mortality, 28-day mortality, hospital length of stay (LOS), ICU LOS, mechanical ventilator days, complications, adverse effects, rescue medication use, delirium symptom severity, sleep duration, and sleep quality among participants receiving trazodone or quetiapine. The investigators hypothesize participants receiving trazodone will be associated with a shorter duration of delirium, decreased delirium severity, and improved sleep quality compared to participants receiving quetiapine.
