One-Click Autofocus Versus Segmented Focus in Gastric Endoscopy
Magnifying endoscopy provides high-resolution images that enhance the detection of early gastrointestinal lesions. However, conventional manual zoom techniques require frequent focal adjustments, which can be technically demanding and may compromise image stability, especially in complex anatomical settings. This study evaluates a novel one-click autofocus system based on image recognition and computer vision algorithms. The system automatically adjusts focal distance within seconds, eliminating the need for manual operation. This trial aims to compare the efficiency and image quality of one-click autofocus versus segmented manual focus in patients undergoing magnifying endoscopy for gastric diseases. A tandem randomized controlled trial will be conducted to assess procedure time, image clarity score, and operator satisfaction between the two techniques.

Diet Intervention on Obesity Related Complication
Obesity has become a global epidemic, with more than 4 billion people expected to be overweight/obese by 2035, accounting for more than half of the world's population. Currently, there are sixteen recognized complications directly related to obesity, including gastroesophageal reflux disease. In recent years, people have increasingly paid attention to the damage caused by obesity to the stomach. In addition to gastroesophageal reflux disease, obesity also leads to various forms of gastric mucosal damage related diseases, such as gastric ulcers, chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and so on. This stuty aimed to observe the diet intervention on obesity related stomach.

Efficacy and Safety of SOX Regimen Combined With Camrelizumab as Neoadjuvant Treatment in Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer: a Phase II, Single-arm Study
This is a single-arm, phase II study of camrelizumab combined with SOX regimen in subjects with resectable locally advanced gastric cancer. The patients will receive camrelizumab ,S-1 and oxaliplatin given every 3 weeks for 3 cycles as neoadjuvant therapy. After the surgery, adjuvant therapy which includes camrelizumab and SOX regimen will begin.
