Composite Tissue Allotransplantation of the Face: Anatomical and Functional Evaluation
In hindsight, the first "face graft" raises the fundamental problem of composite tissue allotransplantation (hand, larynx, abdominal wall, etc.) with the addition of specific technical and philosophical problems. By proposing a prospective study concerning five new patients over the next three years, in the light of this first experience, the authors would like to confirm the surgical feasibility of this type of procedure, possibly extending it to other parts of the face (lateral third) and, like English and American teams, considering the possibility of total facial surface reconstruction. In parallel, and while complying with the usual immunosuppression procedures, the deliberate choice of creating a microchimerism by the infusion of bone marrow stem cells (the origin and quantity of which will need to be determined) will be reaffirmed, in order to improve mucocutaneous tissue tolerance, while confirming the safety of this type of approach. Five new cases will also provide observations for the many new fields of research developing around composite tissue transplants (neurophysiology, skin histopathology, psychiatry, haematology, immunology, etc.).

A Study of LY4515100 in Participants With Pain Following Third Molar Removal
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LY4515100 and see how a single oral dose compares with placebo in acute postsurgical pain after removing impacted third molars. For each participant, the study may last approximately 6 weeks and will include a stay in a Clinical Research Unit (CRU) after third molar removal.

Treatment of the Mandibular Dental Crowding With and Without Corticotomy Surgery
The use of corticotomy surgery in addition to orthodontic standard treatment could accelerate the treatment. Corticotomy involves vertical interdental incisions of the gingiva and the bone with a very low thickness. Orthodontic appliances are placed immediately after the surgery. This study aims to compare the tooth movement when correcting mandibular dental crowding in two groups of patients: Test group: orthodontic treatment and minimally invasive corticotomy surgery. Control group: standard orthodontic treatment without surgery.

Standardized Osteotomy Guides for Free Flap Reconstruction of Continuous Defects of the Jaws - a Simplified Method
The aim of the present project is to evaluate the outcome from reconstruction of the jaws, with a standardized simplified technique, after a continuous defect. The primary objective is to measure recurrence of the tumour is present as a marking for insufficient resection margins. Secondary objectives are measures of survival of transplanted tissues, registered complications at follow-up and measures of healing between segments of transplanted bone (bone bridging).
