Smart Crutch Tips for Guided Weight-Bearing in Patients Recovering From Extra-Articular Distal Tibia Fractures

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether personalized weight-bearing prescriptions using Smart Crutch Tips™ can improve recovery after surgery for extra-articular distal tibia fractures. The study will also assess how safe and practical this approach is in daily outpatient use. Can a personalized weight-bearing program based on CT and finite element analysis help the fracture heal faster? Can it help patients return to full weight-bearing sooner? Can it reduce the fear of movement during recovery? Researchers will compare standard rehabilitation, AO Foundation-based recommendations, and personalized weight-bearing programs derived from finite element analysis (FEA) to determine which approach leads to faster healing, earlier mobility, and better outcomes. Participants will: Use Smart Crutch Tips™ during walking for up to 24 weeks; Follow a personalized weight-bearing prescription based on CT scans and biomechanical modeling; Follow a specific walking plan with real-time audio and visual feedback; Attend eight follow-up visits over 36 weeks for clinical exams, x-rays, and CT scans; Complete online questionnaires about pain, activity, and fear of movement.

6 Months of Bedaquiline(BDQ), Delamanid(DLM), Linezolid(LZD) and Levofloxacin(LFX) in RR-TB Patients in Hubei Province

This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of a 6-month all-oral regimen including Bedaquiline (BDQ,B), Delamanid (DLM,D), Linezolid (LZD, L), and Levofloxacin (LFX,L) to the the standard long - course treatment regimen within the Chinese population. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is the efficacy of short regimen non-inferior to standard regimen? Is the short regimen safe enough to replace the standard regimen? Participants will: Be given with either short or standard regimen for RR-TB treatment Be asked to complete the scheduled visit as planned.

AI-Designed Clear Aligners: A Randomized Clinical Trial

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the clinical performance and validity of applying AI-based TruRoot-designed clear aligners in adult orthodontic patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: Do TruRoot-designed aligners achieve more accurate root positioning compared to conventional aligners? Is there a significant difference in clinical parameters such as root resorption, pain levels, treatment duration, and occlusal outcomes between the two groups? Is the TruRoot AI-based design a valid and clinically applicable method for planning clear aligner treatment? Researchers will compare: An AI-based TruRoot group, where aligners are planned using CBCT and intraoral scan superimposition to estimate true root position A Conventional group, where aligners are designed using intraoral scans only, with expert evaluation to ensure roots remain within the alveolar bone Participants will: Receive clear aligner treatment based on either the TruRoot AI system or conventional planning by experts Undergo CBCT and intraoral scans at baseline and post-treatment Be assessed for root position accuracy, validity of AI-generated treatment plans, occlusal outcomes via the ABO Objective Grading System, root resorption, self-reported pain, and treatment duration Attend regular follow-ups throughout the treatment period

The Impact of Targeted Temperature Management Duration on Thrombin Function in Cardiac Arrest Patients

This study will be a single-center, prospective, randomized controlled trial with an estimated sample size of 64 patients. Eligible patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive TTM for either 24 hours or 72 hours. The primary outcome measure will be the changes in thrombin function indices at various time points during TTM treatment in both groups. The secondary endpoints of the study include additional coagulation function indicators, the incidence of bleeding-related events between the two groups, the amount of blood products used, the incidence of thrombotic events, and the CPC scores at 28 days and 6 months for both groups.
