Effect of Alcohol Sclerotherapy on Pelvic Pain and Quality of Life in Women With Ovarian Endometriosis
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether ultrasound-guided alcohol sclerotherapy can improve pelvic pain and quality of life in women aged 18 to 45 diagnosed with ovarian endometriomas, compared to expectant management. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. \- Does sclerotherapy significantly reduce pelvic pain compared to expectant management? 2. \- Does sclerotherapy improve quality of life as measured by the EHP-5 score? Researchers will compare the sclerotherapy group to the expectant management group to determine whether the intervention leads to greater improvement in pain and quality of life. Participants will: * Be randomly assigned to one of two groups: (1) Sclerotherapy group: undergo ultrasound-guided puncture and alcohol sclerotherapy; (2) Control group: expectant management * Complete quality of life and pain assessments at baseline and after 6 months * Provide blood and urine samples for biomarker analysis (e.g., cortisol, IL-6, hsCRP, catecholamines) * Undergo ovarian reserve assessments (AMH, antral follicle count) * Be followed for adverse events, recurrence, fertility outcomes, and treatment-related costs The study will follow an intention-to-treat and per-protocol analysis approach.

A Phase III Randomised Clinical Trial of Ultrasound Groin Monitoring Versus Groin Lymph Node Dissection to De-Escalate the Extent of Surgery in Vulvar Cancer
This study is a phase III, open label, multicentre, three-group, randomised clinical trial. The primary aim of this study is to determine whether intensive groin ultrasound monitoring (1) is effective and safe to replace invasive groin lymph node dissection (LND) to manage vulvar cancer, (2) decreases the morbidity associated with vulvar cancer surgery, and (3) is cost effective.

NODE (groiN ultrasOunD cancEr)
This study is an open label, prospective, experimental, randomised clinical trial. The primary aim of this study is to determine whether it is feasible to randomise vulvar cancer patients into one of two treatment arms:1) surgical groin node dissection (as delivered though either a sentinel node biopsy or inguinofemoral lymph node dissection (IFL), or 2) serial high-resolution bilateral groin ultrasound surveillance and clinical examination every 2 months for 12 months.

Non-invasive Ultrasound Retinal Stimulation for Vision Restoration
This clinical trial aims to test the safety and feasibility of using a non-invasive ultrasound device to stimulate retinal nerve cells and restore vision in patients with age-related macular degeneration. Previous studies have shown that artificial stimulation, such as electric and optic stimulations, can partially restore vision, but these methods are invasive and pose surgical risks. The study aims to develop a non-invasive method for retinal stimulation. The investigators will follow the FDA guidelines to limit the ultrasound power and adhere to all clinical trial regulations to ensure all participants' safety. The main questions the investigators aim to answer are: * Is using high-frequency ultrasound safe using a wearable device for localized retinal neural activity stimulation? * Does the stimulation through the device restore vision in patients with age-related macular degeneration? Participants in this study will be asked to undergo Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scanning before and after the ultrasound stimulation to evaluate the device's safety. Then, they will receive five stimulation-rest cycles and complete a questionnaire to report what they see and how they feel during the device's operation.

Investigation of the Effect of Using "Curtain"
Thyroid nodules are among the common health problems in adulthood. Thyroid cancers account for approximately 1% of all malignancies in a year. The majority of cancers are diagnosed by thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy. The most commonly diagnosed cancer type is papillary thyroid cancer and accounts for 85% of all thyroid cancers.Thyroid Ultrasonography is the most important imaging method used in the evaluation of the thyroid gland and its nodules. It enables the detection of nodules and their characteristics and plays a role in deciding which nodules should be evaluated with fine needle aspiration biopsy.Non-pharmacological treatment methods are interventions that can be used to reduce the side effects of medical, surgical or pharmacological treatments. By using medical treatment and complementary therapy together, nurses can reduce patients' anxiety, support their sleep, create a healing environment and increase their health level. As a non-pharmacological strategy, distraction can be seen as a cost-effective approach to reduce anxiety in procedures that would cause negative anxiety and increase the opportunity for ease of operation. The curtain method also typically involves the use of visually interesting curtains or partitions that can be drawn around the patient's examination area. These curtains may have calming images or vibrant patterns that can help shift the patient's focus away from the frightening procedure being performed.

Role of New High Resolution Ultrasonographic Modalities for Diagnosis of Fetal Nervous System Anomalies
The fetal CNS screening examination during the mid-trimester scan in low-risk pregnancies should include evaluation of the fetal head and spine, using transabdominal sonography. Evaluation of two axial planes allows visualization of the relevant cerebral structures to assess the anatomic integrity of the fetal brain. These planes are commonly referred to as the transventricular and transcerebellar planes. A third plane, the so-called transthalamic plane, is frequently added, mostly for the purpose of biometry. Structures that should be noted in the routine examination include the lateral ventricles, the cerebellum, the cisterna magna, and the cavum septi pellucidi (CSP). Head shape and brain texture should also be noted on these views.

PREDICTION OF GERMLINE BRCA 1/2 GENES FROM HEALTHY OVARIES
The project aims at enhancing performance metrics and prospectively validating a radiogenomics model based on ovarian US images for predicting germline breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 and/or 2 (BRCA) status in women with healthy ovaries. The project is divided in two operational phases: Retrospective phase AIM 1: To define and implement a proper and fine-tuned image preprocessing pipeline on the existing dataset; AIM 2: To enlarge dataset size with new real images from different centers and apply data augmentation techniques, deep neural network models combined with the aforementioned handcrafted imaging features from radiomics analysis; Prospective phase AIM 3: To further cross-validate the predictive model on US images acquired prospectively in an observational multicenter study.
