A Study of DB-1317 in Selected Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors
This is a multicenter, open-label, multiple-dose, FIH Phase 1a/1b study. Phase 1a adopts an accelerated titration design and a BOIN design to identify the MTD or MAD of DB-1317; Phase 1b includes up to 3 randomized dose expansion cohorts to further evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of DB-1317 in selected solid tumors and to identify optimal RP2D.

A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF-08046876 in People With Advanced Solid Tumors
The purpose of the study is to explore the safety and effects of the study drug (PF-08046876) in people diagnosed with advanced cancer of the bladder, lung, head and neck, esophagus, or pancreas. PF-08046876 is an investigational anticancer therapy called an 'antibody drug conjugate' or 'ADC'. ADCs are anticancer drugs designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. The study drug will be given to participants through a needle in a vein (intravenous infusion). This study includes multiple parts. In the first part of the study, there will be different groups of people receiving different doses of the study drug. The study may also test different schedules.

Study of ADG206 in Subjects With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors
ADG206 is an activatable prodrug form of a fully human monoclonal antibody (mAb) of the immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) subclass that specifically targets cluster of differentiation 137 (CD137) (also known as 4-1BB) as a co-stimulatory receptor agonist for the treatment of advanced malignancies.

A Study of Bispecific Antibody MCLA-158 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
This is a Phase 1/2 open-label, multi-center, multi-national study with an initial dose escalation part to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of MCLA-158 single agent in patients with mCRC. The dose escalation part has been completed and the RP2D will be further evaluated in an expansion part of the study. Cohorts of selected solid tumor indications for which there is evidence of EGFR dependency and potential sensitivity to EGFR inhibition will be evaluated including head and neck cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The study will further assess the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, immunogenicity, and anti-tumor activity of MCLA-158 in monotherapy or in combination with other therapies.
