National Cancer Institute "Cancer Moonshot Biobank"
This trial collects multiple tissue and blood samples, along with medical information, from cancer patients. The "Cancer Moonshot Biobank" is a longitudinal study. This means it collects and stores samples and information over time, throughout the course of a patient's cancer treatment. By looking at samples and information collected from the same people over time, researchers hope to better understand how cancer changes over time and over the course of medical treatments.

IGFBP-2 Vaccine to Prevent Ovarian Cancer Progression in Patients With Serologic Detection of Recurrence
This phase II trial studies how well giving the insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2 \[pUMVC3-hIGFBP-2 multi-epitope plasmid deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (IGFBP-2)\] vaccine after one dose of carboplatin works to stop ovarian cancer from growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressing) in patients whose cancer recurrence is detected only in the blood (serologic detection) following treatment with platinum chemotherapy. IGFBP-2 is a protein found in ovarian cancer cells. The IGFBP-2 vaccine may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It has been shown to activate parts of the immune system that may act against tumors. Giving the IGFBP-2 vaccine after a single dose of carboplatin may be an effective way to stop ovarian cancer from progressing in patients with serologic detection following treatment with platinum chemotherapy.

Study of Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution (ANH) in People With Ovarian Cancer Who Are Having Cytoreductive Surgery
Participants will be scheduled for primary cytoreductive surgery as part of their standard care. Before surgery, participants will be assigned by chance to a study group. Depending on which group they are in, they will receive either acute normovolemic hemodilution/ANH during surgery or standard surgical management during surgery. The researchers think acute normovolemic hemodilution/ANH may decrease the need for allogenic blood transfusion/ABT in people having primary cytoreductive surgery.

Dual-Targeting CAR-NK Cells for Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (MSLN, FRα, MUC16)
This Phase 1/2 study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cells in participants with recurrent or refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. At screening, each participant's tumor is assessed for expression of Mesothelin (MSLN), Folate Receptor alpha (FRalpha/FOLR1), and MUC16 (CA 125). Participants are assigned to the dual-target CAR-NK product that best matches their tumor antigen profile to reduce the risk of antigen escape.

Cediranib Maleate and Olaparib in Treating Patients With Recurrent Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Peritoneal Cancer or Recurrent Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of cediranib maleate and olaparib and to see how well they work compared to olaparib alone in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal, or triple-negative breast cancer that has returned after a period of improvement (recurrent). Cediranib maleate may help keep cancer cells from growing by affecting their blood supply. Olaparib may stop cancer cells from growing abnormally. The combination of cediranib maleate and olaparib may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer or recurrent triple-negative breast cancer.

Testing the Combination of the Study Drugs Cediranib and Olaparib in Recurrent Ovarian Cancer
This phase II trial studies how well olaparib and cediranib maleate work in treating patients with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Olaparib and cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

The Cancer Connected Access and Remote Expertise Beyond Walls Program to Provide In-Home Cancer Treatment and Improve Treatment Satisfaction in Cancer Patients Living in the Florida Panhandle and Surrounding Areas
This phase II trial studies whether providing cancer treatment in the home is preferred over the traditional clinic setting and if it improves treatment satisfaction in cancer patients living in the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas. Typically, drug-related cancer care is provided at a medical center which causes patients to have to spend considerable time away from their family, friends, and familiar surroundings. This may add to the physical, emotional, social, and financial burden for patients and their families during this difficult time in their lives. The Cancer Connected Access and Remote Expertise (CARE) Beyond Walls (CCBW) program uses a specialized care team trained to provide cancer treatment in the patient's home setting. It is designed to support remote connection between the home health team and providers and Mayo clinic. This may be preferred over the traditional clinic setting which may improve treatment satisfaction in cancer patients living in the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas.

Serial Imaging of the Novel Radiotracer [^18F] FLuorthanatrace ([^18F] FTT) by PET/CTF
This phase I trial studies how well fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) works in patients with solid tumors. Fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace is a radioactive tracer, a type of imaging agent that is labeled with a radioactive tag and injected into the body to help with imaging scans. PET/CT uses a scanner to make detailed, computerized pictures of areas inside the body. PET/CT with Fluorine F 18 fluorthanatrace may allow more tumor cells to be found in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

Cryocompression With or Without Cilostazol for the Prevention of Paclitaxel-induced Neuropathy in Patients With Gynecological Cancers
The phase II trial evaluates the effectiveness of cryocompression therapy alone or in combination with cilostazol in preventing paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy (numbness, pain or tingling in the feet and hands) for patients with gynecologic cancers. Peripheral neuropathy is a common side effect of many chemotherapeutic agents, including paclitaxel. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Cryocompression is a therapy that combines compression garments or dressings with cooling of the treated area. Cilostazol is in a class of medications called platelet-aggregation inhibitors (antiplatelet medications). It works by improving blood flow to the legs. Giving cilostazol together with cryocompression may be safe and tolerable in treating patients with gynecological cancers.

Body Surface Area-based vs Concentration-based Dosing of Cisplatin for Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) in Women With Advanced Ovarian Cancer
Cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with the addition of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is used in current clinical practice in selected patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Clinical evidence for the benefit of HIPEC in ovarian cancer comes from the pivotal phase 3 OVHIPEC trial. Worldwide, two established strategies exist for dosing of HIPEC protocols, which follow either a body surface area (BSA)-based or a concentration-based approach. Since both strategies result in different exposure to intra-peritoneal chemotherapy, we aim to compare the pharmacokinetics and safety of both strategies.

NGS-based Germline and Somatic Genetic Test in Ovarian Carcinoma
For patients with ovarian cancer and biologically related diseases, the implementation of genetic testing in the decision-making process could have an impact both on the risk management for the patient and his/her family, but also, more importantly, on the therapeutic management. The identification of genetically predisposed subjects can suggest risk reduction strategies that may involve bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, mastectomy or long-term medical approaches. In the advanced setting, genetic testing may influence the decision for medical therapy (e.g. use of platinum derivatives or PARP inhibitors in patients with "BRCAness+" ovarian cancer). The selection of patients for genetic testing has so far been restricted to patients with a strong family history of breast and ovarian cancer. It is now clear that the strict application of this criterion will result in a substantial number of people with a missed BRCA mutation. Systematic large-scale genetic testing, simultaneously on germline and somatic tissues, is likely to improve decision-making algorithms in ovarian cancer patients. The feasibility of such an approach in the clinical setting, in terms of response times compatible with clinical needs and sensitivity comparable if not superior to single-gene tests, needs to be demonstrated before such diagnostic platforms can be routinely implemented in the diagnostic workflow. This is the aim of the present study.

SCT-001 CAR T Cells Therapy for Relapsed and Refractory Ovarian Cancer
This study is an open-label, dose-escalation, investigator-initiated phase I interventional clinical study. To evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of SCT-001 CAR-T cell injection in subjects with relapsed and refractory epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and peritoneal cancer, and to explore the pharmacokinetic characteristics, biomarker changes and immunogenicity of SCT-001 CAR-T cell injection in subjects with relapsed and refractory epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and peritoneal cancer. In this study, two trial cohorts were set up, cohort 1 was the intraperitoneal route of administration, and the subjects enrolled in cohort 1 needed to meet the conditions for intraperitoneal administration ((1) the subject had a large amount of ascites, (2) the subject was suitable for peritoneal catheterization, (3) the subject had no severe abdominal adhesions, and (4) the subject agreed to undergo intraperitoneal surgical catheterization for intraperitoneal administration); Cohort 2 is the intravenous route.
