TMS With Real-time E-field and EEG Source Imaging
The goal of this study is to develop and validate an approach for accurate targeting and stimulation of brain networks using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) using information from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. This study requires two visits from each participant. In the first visit, the participant will be scanned by MRI scanners to collect data from the brain. Next, the data will be analyzed by the researcher to model the connections between different regions of the brain to determine the stimulation areas related to the so-called frontoparietal network. In the second visit, the participants will take four TMS sessions with different types of stimulations applied to the computed targets and complete a computer-based task named multi-source interference task. Electroencephalogram (EEG) data will be collected during the TMS stimulations and tasks. The main hypothesis is that applying TMS stimulations to the brain targets reduces the response time and response error in the tasks.

A Study to Assess the Safety and Effects of the Investigational Drug BW-40202 in Healthy Volunteers
This study will test the safety of a new drug called BW-40202 in healthy adults. The drug is a clear liquid given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection). The study will test five different doses of BW-40202 compared to a placebo (saltwater solution). Participants will be divided into five groups, with each group receiving a different dose of BW-40202 or placebo. In each group, eight people will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug (6 people) or placebo (2 people). The Safety Review Committee will review the safety data before increasing the dose for the next group. Study nurses or trained staff will give the injections. Pharmacy staff will keep records of how much drug each participant receives, any returned or destroyed doses, and any changes from the planned dosing schedule. These records will be securely stored and available for review.

A Study of Body Fat Distribution and Airway Mechanics in Healthy Adults
This study investigates how body fat distribution affects airway closure and lung mechanics in healthy adults. Using Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT), esophageal manometry, and computed tomography (CT), we aim to characterize how varying BMI and fat topography influence regional ventilation and airway collapse in supine and prone positions. Healthy volunteers with a range of BMIs will undergo a 2-hour imaging session with noninvasive and minimally invasive monitoring.

Study on Multi-Modality Models of Cardiac Function in Healthy Individuals
In this study, wearable multi-modal microsensors were deployed to simultaneously capture seismocardiography (SCG) and electrocardiography (ECG) signals, delineating the exercise-load-dependent responsiveness of SCG-ECG dynamic coupling during graded-speed treadmill protocols.

Impact of a Cueing Device on Upper Extremity Muscle Strength in Swimmers
The goal of this study is to find out if a tool called an external cueing device (ECD) can help young swimmers improve their shoulder function. An ECD is a tool that limits arm movement and gives the swimmer a target to focus on while doing exercises. The main questions this study will answer are: * Does using an ECD during certain exercises improve muscle strength? * Does using an ECD while exercising help with shoulder stability? Participants will: * Test their shoulder muscle strength and stability at the beginning of the study. * Complete 8 exercises as part of their regular dry-land training program for 6 weeks. * Repeat the same tests after 3 weeks and again at the end of the study.

Avocado and Postprandial Responses
The purpose of this study is to see how adding avocado to a breakfast meal affects blood sugar control and signals of hunger and fullness after eating. The investigators will test the effects of 3 breakfast meals on blood sugar control and signals of hunger and fullness after eating: 1. Whole-wheat bread and strawberry jam 2. Whole-wheat bread, strawberry jam, and avocado 3. Whole-wheat bread and strawberry jam (meal enriched with fat and fiber to mimic that of an avocado) Participants will undergo 3 test periods, each separated by a week. Each test period consists of one day with set meals that the investigators will provide (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and then the next morning, participants will eat a breakfast meal and have blood drawn several times over 4 hours.

Profiling the Variation of Microbiome Along the Intestinal Tract Based on Sampling Capsule Endoscopy
Intestinal flora and metabolites are associated with multiple systemic diseases. Current approaches for acquiring information regarding microbiota/metabolites have limitations. We aimed to develop a precise sampling capsule endoscopy (SCE) for the convenient, non-invasive, and accurate acquisition of digestive bioinformation for disease diagnosis and evaluation. The SCE was used for sampling jejunum, ileum, and colon content in healthy volunteers. The GI liquid was then used for microbiome profiling and metabolomics profiling. In this study, we aimed to describe the characteristics and functions of key microflora in the whole intestinal microenvironment of healthy volunteers.
