Positive Assurance and mTBI
This study will develop and validate a new educational video that provides positive assurance about mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) recovery for patients with mTBI.

Retraining Neural Pathways Improves Cognitive Skills After A Mild Traumatic Brain Injury
The proposed study tests the efficacy (Phase II) of 36 30-minute training sessions of PATH neurotraining followed by digit memory exercises to improve working memory, processing speed and attention in mTBI patients rapidly and effectively to provide clinical testing of a therapeutic training for the remediation of cognitive disorders caused by a concussion. This study will contribute to the fundamental knowledge of how to remediate concussions from a mTBI to enhance the health, lengthen the life and reduce the disabilities that result from a mTBI.

GAIN Symptoms: Post-traumatic Headache
The overall aim of the study is to advance the knowledge on the characterization and underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of persistent post-traumatic headache (PTH) with a direct impact on the ability to diagnose and manage PTH effectively. The investigators also aim to evaluate the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a novel intervention on PTH.

Effectiveness of VestAid App
This multi-center randomized trial (MCRT) will investigate the effectiveness of the VestAid application to provide equivalent or faster recovery from dizziness compared to standard-of-care delivery of vestibular rehabilitation exercises.

Follow-up of MTBI Patients Discharged from the ED Using Standard Clinical Triage Including BrainScope One
The purpose of the study is to validate the clinical outcome in patients with closed head injuries (GCS 14-15, ages 18-85) who are being evaluated for head trauma, integrating the BrainScope One structural injury classifier (SIC) algorithm, with focus on SIC negative classification. In addition, to assess functional impairment (concussion) in these patients, results from Brain Function Index (BFI) or Concussion Index (CI) algorithms will be used for analysis.
