The Effect of Using Different Scaffolds in Retreated Teeth on The Clinical and Radiological Success of Regenerative Endodontic Treatment
This clinical study aims to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of four different scaffolds used in regenerative endodontic treatment of previously root canal-treated permanent teeth requiring retreatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups based on the scaffold used: induced blood clot, injectable platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF), advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF), or advanced platelet-rich fibrin plus (A-PRF+). All participants will receive the same root canal disinfection and restorative procedures, with the scaffold type differing between the groups. Participants will be evaluated clinically and radiographically at 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment. The study will compare the groups in terms of the resolution of clinical signs and symptoms and changes observed on radiographic and cone-beam computed tomography images.

Clinical Evaluation of Platelet Rich Fibrin Membrane With or Without Hyaluronic Acid Along With Coronally Advanced Flap in the Treatment of Rt1 Gingival Recession
Gingival recession is a common mucogingival deformity that may result in root hypersensitivity, esthetic concern, plaque accumulation, and difficulty in oral hygiene maintenance. Modified coronally advanced flap procedures are widely used for Cairo RT1 gingival recession defects. Platelet-rich fibrin has been used as an autologous biologic adjunct, while hyaluronic acid has shown potential benefits in wound hydration, inflammation modulation, and soft tissue healing. Aim: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of multilayered platelet-rich fibrin with cross-linked hyaluronic acid compared with platelet-rich fibrin alone in the treatment of Cairo RT1 gingival recession defects using modified coronally advanced flap without vertical releasing incisions.

Evaluation of Multilayered PRF in Comparison With Connective Tissue Graft by Sohn Poncho's Technique on Peri-implant Mucosal Enhancement in the Esthetic Zone
An effective biological seal is crucial for protecting and supporting dental implants, particularly in the anterior region for the desired esthetic outcome.PRF membrane and CTG has been utilized to improve peri-implant soft tissue thickness and increase the width of keratinized tissue around dental implants. The stability of the PRF membrane is maintained by securing it with the healing abutment of the implant. While a few longitudinal studies have assessed the benefits of using PRF membrane with Sohn's Poncho technique in the posterior region, its effectiveness in the anterior region of the mouth remains to be evaluated.

A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial Comparing Platelet-Rich Fibrin and Ventral Dartos Flap as Intermediate Layers in Tabularized Incised Plate (TIP) Urethroplasty for Distal Hypospadias With Mild Penile Curvature
Distal hypospadias is the most common form of hypospadias. The Tubularized Incised Plate (TIP) repair is the standard surgical technique for this condition; however, complications such as fistula formation and meatal stenosis remain concerns. These complications are often influenced by the choice of intermediate tissue layer used to reinforce the neourethra. The traditional ventral dartos flap is effective but can be technically challenging and may result in a bulky tissue layer. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is an autologous, growth factor-rich biological material that has shown promise in tissue regeneration and healing. It is easy to prepare intraoperatively and may serve as a biological reinforcement to reduce postoperative complications. This study aims to provide high-quality evidence comparing the effectiveness of PRF versus the ventral dartos flap in patients with distal hypospadias, specifically those with Grade 1 urethral defects and minimal penile curvature, using a stratified study population to ensure balanced groups.

Topical Application of PRF Before Radiation Therapy
The primary goal of this study is to observe whether PRP promotes the wound healing before a radiation therapy or not, compared to the natural healing of a tooth extraction socket. Secondary aim is to monitore the effect on the pain perception.
