Bladder EpiCheck European Haematuria Study

The goal of this observational study is to further validate the sensitivity and specificity of Bladder EpiCheck in primary detection of urothelial carcinoma in participants aged 45 years or older presenting with haematuria, compared to cystoscopy and pathology, if performed. Participants will provide a voided urine sample, and data from standard of care haematuria work-up will be collected.

Multicenter Clinical Trial of ST-02 for Ablation of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

The goal of this prospective clinical trial is to investigate the safety and efficacy of ST-02 (mucoadhesive gemcitabine suspension for pyelocaliceal instillation) to treat Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC) in participants who have a low-grade tumor. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. Can ST-02 effectively eradicate UTUC by 3 months? 2. Is ST-02 safe for patients with UTUC? Participants in this study will receive ST-02, a new formulation with gemcitabine once weekly for six weeks. Gemcitabine is known to be an effective drug in treating urothelial carcinoma. This new formulation will be instilled directly into the upper urinary tract (renal pelvis) and will allow the chemotherapeutic to work locally for an extended period of time. The administration process will be retrograde (via a small catheter inserted up into the kidney, under anesthesia) or antegrade (via a nephrostomy, in the clinic) once weekly for six weeks. Safety and efficacy will be monitored for up to a year after the initial response assessment.

Clinical Trial of AM80 in Combination With Gemcitabine, Cisplatin, and Nivolumab in Patients With Urothelial Carcinoma

【Treatment of Urothelial Carcinoma】 Treatment for urothelial carcinoma includes surgery, chemotherapy (anticancer drugs), and radiation therapy. Chemotherapy is generally used when metastasis has already occurred at diagnosis and surgery is not curative (metastatic urothelial carcinoma) or when the cancer recurs after local therapy such as surgery or radiation therapy (recurrent urothelial carcinoma). Although there are several recommended treatments for urothelial carcinoma, the options are often limited by side effects and other factors, and these treatments may not be fully effective. Therefore, the development of safer and more effective treatments is desired. 【About the Drugs to be Used in this Clinical Trial】 In this clinical trial, the investigational drug MIKE-1 will be used in combination with nivolumab plus GC (cisplatin gemcitabine), one of the recommended chemotherapy regimens, and subsequently with nivolumab monotherapy for patients with unresectable metastatic or recurrent urothelial cancer. Nivolumab, cisplatin, and gemcitabine are injectable (intravenous infusion), while MIKE-1 is oral. 【Purpose of the Clinical Trial】 The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy (how much the cancer shrinks or slows down) and safety of the investigational drug MIKE-1 in combination with nivolumab and gemcitabine and cisplatin therapy in patients with untreated unresectable or recurrent urothelial cancer.

Neoadjuvant Radiotherapy for High-risk UTUC

The investigators propose to conduct an open-label, single-arm, prospective cohort study to collect and observe high-risk UTUC patients (with clear pathology of urothelial carcinoma and at least one of the following (muscle invasion \[cT2 and above\], high-grade tumour, multifocality, tumour diameter of ≥2cm, with hydronephrosis or regional lymph node metastasis) who undergo neoadjuvant therapy(neoadjuvant radiotherapy with/without drug) + radical nephroureterectomy. The cohort was evaluated by regular follow-up for safety and prognosis during the real-world neoadjuvant treatment period, perioperative period, and long-term postoperative follow-up.
