Prospective Trial of [18F]AlF-FAPI-74 for PET Imaging of Fibroblast Activation Protein in Patients With Endometriosis
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether \[18F\]AlF-FAPI-74 PET/CT can help detect endometriosis in adult women who are already scheduled for laparoscopy due to suspicion of deep infiltrating endometriosis or superficial peritoneal endometriosis. The main aims are: (i) How well does \[18F\]AlF-FAPI-74 PET/CT identify endometriosis lesions compared with findings during laparoscopy? (ii) Can PET/CT identify additional lesions that may not be seen on ultrasound or MRI? (iii) Can ultra-high-resolution NeuroEXPLORER PET/CT improve the detection of small lesions compared with standard PET/CT? Participants will: (i) Receive an intravenous injection of \[18F\]AlF-FAPI-74 followed by a PET/CT scan before their planned laparoscopy. (ii) Undergo their planned laparoscopy, during which PET findings will be compared with the surgical findings and where tissue is removed with laboratory analysis. (iii) Optionally undergo an additional NeuroEXPLORER PET/CT scan after the same tracer injection. (iv) Optionally undergo a second \[18F\]AlF-FAPI-74 PET/CT if participants started gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) treatment after their first scan to investigate whether tracer uptake in endometriosis lesions changes during treatment.

A Reinforcement Intervention for Increasing HIV Testing Among At-Risk Women
African American and Latina women, as well as women living in poverty, are an identified health disparities population for HIV. Risks for HIV are compounded in this population when additional risk factors are present, including other sexually transmitted infections, intimate partner violence, substance use disorders, and homelessness or housing insecurity. Knowledge of one's HIV serostatus is key to linkage to care, improving HIV outcomes, and decreasing the spread of HIV. However, roughly a third of African American women and over half of Latina women have never been tested (CDC, 2016a). Barriers to testing include socioeconomical inequality, racial discrimination, low health literacy, and inadequate access to quality healthcare, among others. Novel methods for increasing HIV testing in this important health disparities group are greatly needed. This study aims to test a reinforcement-based intervention to increase HIV testing and repeat testing among African American, Latina, and women living in poverty who have risk factors for HIV. We are partnering with multiple community-based organizations, several of which are non-traditional providers of HIV services (e.g., domestic violence agency, homeless shelter), to address systemic and structural issues that serve as barriers to testing. A primary aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of training community-based providers to deliver a reinforcement-based intervention for promoting HIV testing. In addition, we will compare standard referral services for HIV testing plus HIV risk reduction education to the same plus reinforcement for HIV testing (and repeat testing) using a randomized controlled trial with 334 participants. Women in both groups will be encouraged to seek HIV testing; be provided with the resources to do so (list of testing sites, bus passes if needed); and will receive basic education about HIV prevention using a widely available web-based resource (https://wwwn.cdc.gov/hivrisk/). Women in the reinforcement group will also be provided with $25 for undergoing an HIV test, with a $15 bonus if they have the test in the next 7 days ($40 total). During the next 12 months, they can receive an additional $25 for undergoing up to 2 more tests separated by 12 weeks, with $15 bonuses for each test completed within 7 days (+/- 7 days) of the scheduled date at 6- and 12-months post-initial test. It is hypothesized that the reinforcement intervention will result in greater proportions of women receiving an HIV test (and repeat HIV tests) compared to standard services. In the proposed study, approximately 50 clinicians from our partner sites will be trained on both the non-reinforcement and reinforcement approaches to increasing HIV testing. Primary clinician outcomes are clinician knowledge and attitudes about HIV, testing, and reinforcement interventions. These will be assessed pre- and post-training and at 6-month intervals thereafter. A secondary outcome is clinician satisfaction with the training. Once clinicians are trained to competence, 334 women at our partner agencies will be randomized. Participants will be assessed at baseline and at 3-, 9-, and 15-month follow-ups. The primary outcome is objective reports of HIV testing, verified by testing centers. Secondary outcomes are HIV risk behaviors, test results, self-efficacy, client attitudes towards testing, and HIV knowledge. In addition, this study will include a careful analysis of costs of the reinforcement intervention to allow for estimates of its cost-effectiveness in increasing HIV testing. The overall goal of this study is to determine whether a reinforcement intervention delivered by community providers is superior to standard referral procedures plus HIV education in increasing rates of HIV testing among women at the highest risk of HIV infection. A wide range of community partners that serve some of the highest risk groups of women were chosen to ensure highly generalizable results. If efficacious, the intervention has the potential for widespread adoption and implementation.

Examination of the Effect of Nocturia on Pelvic Floor Symptoms, Sleep Parameters and Quality of Life in Women With Urinary Incontinence
Urinary incontinence (UI), a common issue, is the involuntary leakage of urine that negatively affects individuals socially, physically, and psychologically, leading to a decreased quality of life. Nocturia, which is often seen alongside UI, has similar adverse effects. Nocturia refers to the number of urinations during the main sleep period, and it should be accompanied by the intention to fall back asleep after waking up. Nocturia can arise from factors such as sleep disorders and circadian rhythm disturbances. The circadian rhythm regulates the body's biological functions, and this rhythm varies from person to person, creating chronotypes. There is a strong relationship between sleep and nocturia because nocturia leads to deep sleep loss, an increased risk of metabolic diseases, decreased sleep quality and sleep efficiency, and an increase in the number of awakenings after sleep onset. It is necessary to distinguish whether nocturia, which has a comprehensive impact, affects pelvic floor symptoms, chronotype, sleep quality, fatigue, sleepiness, and quality of life in women with UI. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the effect of nocturia on pelvic floor symptoms, chronotype, sleepiness, sleep quality, fatigue, and quality of life in women with UI.

Feasibility of Different Types of Exercise Training in Perimenopausal Females
Throughout the menopause transition, women experience many symptoms (i.e., hot flashes, night sweats) that can significantly reduce their quality of life. Moreover, their risk of heart disease increases substantially. The years before menopause called "perimenopause" present a critical window of intervention to alleviate menopause symptoms and improve health outcomes. Our team is therefore interested in comparing the potential benefits of different approaches including following the Health Canada guidelines (i.e., accumulating 150 min of moderate-to-vigorous aerobic physical activity weekly); performing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which involves alternating periods of intense exercise with periods of rest; or stretching in perimenopause. As a first step towards this goal, this study will assess how easy and enjoyable the interventions are to follow over a 6-week period. The information gained from this study will be used to perform a larger study with enough participants to assess the health and quality of life impacts of adopting these different strategies in perimenopause.

Evaluation of Anterior Tibial Knee Translation in Healthy Women With and Without Hormone Therapy
Women are recognized as being at greater risk of ACL injury, with a risk 6 times higher than that of men. Hyperlaxity is a risk factor for ACL injury, but the pathophysiological basis for this is poorly studied. Hormonal impregnation and certain periods of the menstrual cycle (ovulatory phase) are risk factors for ACL injury. It therefore seems interesting to study the influence of hormonal impregnation on ligament laxity. To date, to our knowledge, no study has investigated such a relationship.

Electronic Cardiac Rehabilitation (eCardiacRehab) Feasibility Study
In Norway, more than 11,000 patients undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) annually. However, a very recent study utilizing registry data show a national average of cardiac rehabilitation (CR) participation of only 14%, despite its proven beneficial effects on readmissions, physical capacity, psychological distress, self-management, and quality of life. CR is strongly recommended in European guidelines. However, uptake is low and is not systematically identifying those in most need of CR. The primary objective of eCardiacRehab is to meet rehabilitation needs of large patient populations regardless of their access to traditional place-based rehabilitation by developing and evaluating the efficacy and cost effectiveness of an interdisciplinary and comprehensive home-based eCardiacRehab programme. eCardiacRehab address patient- and system level challenges in order to increase access to CR. The investigators give particular attention to older patients, women, and those with comorbidities or mental health challenges. Aspects related to continuity of care between specialist and primary care services, health literacy, adherence to treatment, cost effectiveness and ethics are investigated. The investigators will 1) continue to develop the programme with patients, general practitioners, healthcare experts from both specialist and primary care services, and technology developers, 2) develop treatment modules, 3) establish information and communication infrastructure, 4) evaluate the process and efficacy of treatment modules, 5) ensure knowledge development and transfer of competence to the municipalities, and 6) contribute to fulfil the innovation potential for health service and industry partners. eCardiacRehab has the potential to improve interaction and collaboration between primary and secondary care, modernise and digitalise work processes, and develop more coherent and tailored patient pathways. The vision of the home-based eCardiacRehab is to make CR available to all.

The Effect of Virtual Reality-Based Intervention on Anxiety, Stress, and Pain in Women Undergoing Colposcopy: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Due to its invasive nature, the colposcopy procedure can cause high levels of anxiety, stress, pain, and nausea in women. The uncertainty surrounding the condition to be diagnosed, combined with the discomfort caused by the procedure itself, creates significant psychological stress in women and can negatively impact their compliance with diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it is believed that applying Virtual Reality (VR) technology-one of the distraction techniques-as a non-pharmacological method for women undergoing colposcopy could be effective in reducing pain and anxiety by diverting their cognitive attention away from the procedure's negative stimuli. Although there are many studies in the literature using VR technology, no study has been found that examines the effect of VR-based interventions on anxiety, stress, and pain levels in women undergoing colposcopy. Therefore, this study will be one of the first randomized controlled trials to examine the multidimensional effects of virtual reality (anxiety, stress, pain) in women undergoing colposcopy. The findings will contribute to the widespread adoption of non-pharmacological nursing interventions in clinical practice. The aim of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the effect of a virtual reality (VR)-based intervention on anxiety, stress, and pain levels in women undergoing colposcopy and to determine its efficacy compared to standard care.

Genital Self İmage and Satisfaction With Genital Appearance
The concept of genital self-image first emerged alongside genital identity. Womens perceptions of their genital self encompass their feelings and subjective thoughts about their sexual organs. One of the most significant problems resulting from a negative genital self-image is sexual health. It has been reported that genital self-perception and self-image are related to sexual health. Another study that examined the effects of viewing various vulvar photographs on womens genital attitudes found that women had relatively positive genital self-images before viewing the photographs, but their perceptions became even more positive after viewing them. This study aims to examine the impact of education on genital appearance satisfaction and sexual quality of life in women with low genital self-image. It is hypothesized that women with low genital self-image who receive education will have more knowledge about genital anatomy, which will positively influence their genital appearance, genital self-image, and consequently improve their sexual quality of life. The study is a randomized controlled experimental research. The research will be conducted women aged 18-49 years with low genital self-image who are registered at a Family Health Center (FHC). Data collection tools in the study will include a socio-demographic data form prepared by the researchers, the Genital Self-Image Scale, the Genital Appearance Satisfaction Scale, and the Sexual Quality of Life Scale. The SPSS 24.0 software package is planned to be used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, number, and percentage will be used in the analysis of the quantitative data. The normality of the data distribution will be assessed, and parametric or non-parametric tests will be applied based on the distribution. Additionally, regression analyses will be used to evaluate the effect, and a significance level of 0.05 will be accepted for the entire study.

A Multi-Level Trauma-Informed Approach to Increase HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis Initiation Among Black Women
U.S. epidemiological data indicates that Black women are a high-risk HIV disparity group, yet initiation of novel prevention strategies like pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among this group is stagnant. Socio-structural challenges like intimate partner violence and gendered racism can constrain PrEP access among Black women, but few implementation studies have mitigated these challenges to improve PrEP initiation. The proposed research aims to implement and assess the effectiveness, implementation, and sustainability of a multilevel intervention to increase PrEP initiation among Black women with and without intimate partner violence in Baltimore.
